She was very forthcoming and honest.  I got the appointment right away, which was nice.  She helped me with all my prescriptions.  Overall, it was a good experience.  Her bedside manner is not good as previous doctors.  She is professional and she handles what she needed to do in the appointment.  She took time to come and talk to me.  She didn't rush through.

Karoline is fabulous. She is everything you would want in a doctor. She listens and suggests things. When I come up with some news, like if I get my hands on a good supplement, she gives me good advice on it. She tells me to watch out for the gurus that are pushing their new stuff out at you. She doesn?t try to stuff things down your throat. She is very easy to go to, and talk to. She is very good at bringing out things that you may be reluctant to tell anyone. My sister recommended her to me because she thought that I had a thyroid issue. Karoline did a thorough physical, including blood work, and she confirmed that I had the thyroid issue, and gave me the medication for it. She doesn?t brush away the issues that you bring up to her. We talk about it and she gives me her opinion. She moved from another doctor?s office to Westlinn Clinic, and I actually like this clinic much better. Not only is it closer to my home but the staff is good. A lot of the lab work is done right within the same building, and I don?t have to run across town to get another procedure done. I like that this is a women?s clinic.

She got me in right away. She really explained what was wrong with me. I needed surgery and she scheduled everything. She was right on top of my care when I was in the hospital. She came to see me all of the time. She has a great bedside manner. I am now recovering and this is my second week after the surgery. Her office calls to check on me. They really care and are hands on. I have referred other people to her.
