Computer Repair
My laptop was running a bit slow so I wanted to add RAM. I had been originally referred to a large corporate box store with customer-no-service who told me that my laptop was too old (6 yrs) and that they did not carry what I needed. I was sent to their website to order it myself, and then I could bring it in for installation. Being minimally computer literate I had no idea what to purchase from their website, and the store employee was no help. A friend suggested I call Memory Time. Not only did they have the necessary part in stock, I drove right over and was out the door in less than 5 minutes with it installed for far less than I was quoted by the box store!!!
