The work was wonderful. Scott Rotter was very polite and straightforward. I bought carpet from him that was considered a second because it would probably have a flaw in it; however, it was perfect for my needs, and only a trained eye would have seen the flaw. He let me know upfront that it was going to be a flawed carpet, and I was fine with that. I would rate him highly, and I plan to use him again in the future.

He was recommend by our realtor, I had looked at some carpets at the local stores and founda few I liked. He tends to focus on the mills directly and looks for the great quality closeouts. So you may not get a wide range of colors to pick from but what he has is quality at a great price. They removed the carpet in one afternoon and came bake on Monday and installed the whole carpet in less then a day. I don't see the seems.

Scott was fantastic! He was recommended to me by a friend, and he got back to me promptly. He was here when he said he would be, and he gave me a very good deal on my carpet replacement. I got a top of the line carpet and pad for the whole house for under $2000. His installers were on time and very professional. I highly recommend this business.
