Maid to Shine Cleaning was started on the premise of providing clients with a unique chemical free home cleaning service that would leave you with a vacation feeling in your home, using high quality non toxic, eco friendly cleaning products, and double hepa filtration vacuums for the health of everyone in your home! We offer the highest quality professional cleaning services with white glove style etiquette. We also send you the same cleaner every time, so you do not have new people coming through your home every visit.

It did not go well. I ended up putting a stop payment on my check for $338. I took pictures fortunately; but the deep clean was by far completely unacceptable (dust everywhere in the corners, under the beds? These young girls couldn't even move a step stool to clean under it. Sure, they came out the next day to offer to re-clean and give me a discount; but first impressions are everything. Great sales pitch but if you don't have pride in what you do for a job you will never succeed.

The cleaners were hard working and conscientious so I was happy with them but I was very unhappy with the cleaning products that the company uses. The cleaning products left surfaces not feeling shiny and clean and not smelling fresh. I know they are eco friendly products so I don’t know if the solution would be switching to other eco friendly products or adding some traditional products also. My house looks better than it did but many surfaces didn’t look as good as when I do it myself.

We had our first cleaning by Maid to Shine and let me just say - WOW! We are so impressed by the service we received and are so excited to use them again! When we came home after our house was clean it smelled AMAZING! Everything was clean and shiny and we are so appreciative. We were lucky enough to have been given a donated cleaning as we are both frontline healthcare workers and I just want everything to know how amazing it is that this company has offered such a service. We have been through a lot lately and this just gave us a little less to worry about. It says a lot about the values of a company willing to help others in a time of need. I will continue to use Maid to Shine as our cleaning service and will recommend them to anyone that asks!

We decided that we wanted to see if it was worth the money and time saved by getting our home cleaned. Without hesitation I can say it absolutely was! From scheduling and dependability, to attention to detail, the entire Maid to Shine’s crew exceeded my expectations. We started with the deluxe cleaning and have moved into weekly maintenance cleanings that have been consistently excellent! Thank you for giving us our time back. Fantastic! Two hard working cleaners came and worked for 6 hours without stopping. I have NEVER seen my house this clean. I can actually breathe better! No chemicals used just their special natural products. Customer service was wonderful as well. The main office communicated before and after. I am looking forward to starting a biweekly service to keep my house in good shape. I am careful about how I spend my money as I am retired and feel it was well spent. I like how their website says they value their workers.

Very happy with this service Just wanted a one time deep clean to start off spring. Very professional. Two cleaners came. Both very personable and professional and thorough. Really did more than expected. Probably could have found somewhat cheaper service but I do think you get what you pay for and this price was worth it.

We recently had a new baby and were very much in need of a thorough, deep cleaning of the house. Olivia and Darcy did a wonderful job--we also have a dog and the dog hair just accumulates everywhere. Our floors and carpets haven't looked that clean since we moved in! Even little touches in the kitchen like cleaning the espresso machine and toaster...I kept "discovering" other things they had done to make the house shine. It was so nice. Thank you!

We used this service for five years -- initially it was working out, but then the turnover of employees became astounding. The service was wildly inconsistent -- they were constantly missing stuff and it became a real timesuck pointing out to them what they missed *each time* and then realizing there was more they'd missed once they'd gone. The main office was good about staying in contact and receiving complaints, but the service was just too mediocre to continue. Finally, the last two girls were actually rude and dismissive to constructive criticism about the work. Really disappointed with this company.

I have been using them for about about 2 years and plan to continue using them for monthly cleanings. The cost is very reasonable and the results are wonderful. Crystal is my regular cleaner and does a great job! I appreciate how she always checks in when she arrives to see how things are going. She always asks if there is anything I would like to have her focus on for that cleaning.

It went very well with both women, they were kind, pleasant and efficient. I'm happy with everything for the most part, but the bathroom was not fully cleaned.

Crystal is absolutely wonderful! I've always liked Maid to Shine's employees, but Crystal is extra special. She goes out of her way to focus on little things, and she's a joy to be around. When we were having remodeling work done in our house, she was flexible and rolled with the disruptions.

I was running out of time to clean my house before company arrived, so I called Maid to Shine in a panic. They had someone at my house in TWO days! Crystal was SO friendly and cheerful! She paid such great attention to detail and even did extra little touches to make the house ready for our houseguest. What was intended as a one time cleaning to get me out of a jam has turned into a regular clearing! Bonus? My Border Collie, Laddie, LOVES Crystal! A clean house and a new friend for Laddie (and me)! Crystal and Maid to Sine are fantastic! Call them today!

Josie does a terrific job each time she comes to our home. She is very professional and always upbeat! She is meticulous with her cleaning and always accommodating to the needs that arise on the day she cleans. Whitney, (in the office) does a super job with scheduling and answering any questions.

Naomi did great. She arrived promptly, and got right to work. Very professional. I don’t think she took a break the whole five hours, and everything was sparkling clean when she was finished. I would recommend her work, andMaid To Shine service, and would use their service again in the future.
