MacGuru LLC
About us
If you have a problem or need help with any Apple product, I can help you. Many people take their Macs, iPods, iPhones, and iPads to their local Apple Store when they have problems. This works well in one scenario: when your device needs to be repaired. But when you need one-on-one help setting up your computer, learning how to use your iPhone, or troubleshooting a network problem, you need a private consultant–one who is an Apple Certified Support Professional. When you need help, I come to you. I can meet you at your home, office, or anywhere else you need help. If you want to learn, there’s no better place than where you use your Apple products. If you need help transferring your data from your old PC to your new MacBook Pro, you can lug two computers into a repair shop or have me come to you. For many people, though, they must have a consultant who can meet them on-site, since the problem is on-site. For example, if your wireless network isn’t working, or if you just bought a new home or office space and want to know the best way to configure your computers for the environment, you need someone who can see and examine where you live and work. Because I can come to you, I offer more services than a typical Apple Store. The following list represents the most popular services, but if you have specialized needs, feel free to call me to see how I can help you.
