I recently had Lucius paint our home exterior. He spent a great deal of time prepping (which included wood work, power wash, etc.). He put two coats of paint; the first using a brush. He does it because he says it is the right thing to do and it will last longer. The house looks great. He completed it when he said he would and charged what he said he would.
