I've been wearing my husband's mother's and grandmother's rings together for 40+ years. Grandma's ring (1910) was wearing thin on the rails and I knew it wasn't good to wear the two rings together. I found Klein Jewelers on Angie's List and went for an estimate. I had been putting off getting it fixed because previous estimates were into the $500s.
I felt immediately comfortable with the woman who waited on me (her husband does the work) because she was wearing several rings together. After examining the rings, she suggested building up the rail on one side of the antique ring and then fuse the other side to the other ring. It totally made sense to fuse them to stop the wear and tear and keep them from spinning around on my finger! I wanted to make sure there was no and quot;catchingand quot; on the underside. She said she would make sure it was comfortable and let me know that doing it this way would not only be a good fix but would cost less money. She quoted me $100 and I could have it done in a couple days!
I received a phone call on the day it was promised. When I picked up the rings they looked beautiful and fit comfortably! Why didn't I think to do this earlier?! Wonderful service -- pleasant, reasonable and a fine job!

I inherited a beautiful diamond ring from my mother and had gone to several chain stores hoping to get the broken shank repaired. All quoted me prices that I knew I could not afford. I also did not feel comfortable leaving my ring with them. So I read the reviews for Klein Jewelers and decided to go downtown. I was greeted with old fashioned friendliness and kindness. Kathy made me feel she had nothing else to do but listen to me about my ring. The estimate was very reasonable and she did not try to upsell me on anything else. She phoned the next week, right on time, and said the ring was ready. The ring fit perfectly and and the work was flawless. She also worked up the necessary information for an insurance appraisal which I had done the next week. Just a great experience.

Always done well and timely, with great care.

My father passed away and my step mother gave me his wedding ring. My hands are larger than my father's so it needed to be expanded. It's a very unique ring made in California. I was afraid it would be damaged but you cannot tell it's been resized whatsoever.

My son in law bought a very unique ring to be used as an engagement ring so there was no wedding band. We took it there and they made the most beautiful amazing ring. No one has a ring like my daughter's. The quality and the work were absolutely excellent. They created a matching band and were done in two weeks.

Excellent. The ring fits perfectly and the heirloom rings look beautiful. I had no idea they were worth keeping, much less valuable and special in design. They determined that these rings probably belonged to my grandmother and great grandmother. They charged for the resizing, but cleaned and checked the other rings for no charge. The owners were friendly, welcoming, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and would return.

They are an outstanding business. Kathy and her husband are great, they go out their way to repairs and custom pieces delivered on time. The are a family owned business passed down from generation to generation.

I attempted to have this repair done by another company which completely botched the job. Kleins not only successfully fixed the broken part but also remedied the damage from the previous botched repair. The staff was helpful and courteous, the repair work expertly done and the work was completed before the promised date and the price was at the low end of their estimate.
