What a runaround! I was first asked to "try living with it", and then when I turned that down, was asked (after number of weeks delay, the excuse was "we couldn't reach you" -- despite three phone numbers, all with voice mail), was asked to return small couch while waiting for correct one -- 6-8 weeks without central piece of furniture, after it had already been in my house for a month. They only relented on this when I demonstrated that I could get same couch from competing store (cheaper), and would do so if they were going to insist on leaving me in the lurch (over the holidays). They didn't honor original pricing (apparently manufacturer prices went up in meantime), or custom upholstery sale that had been taking place during purchase. All the while, I was constantly told "we just want you to be the happiest customer" and "we want you to always shop with us." It was stressful/unpleasant, unfortunate as the original salespeople were great, other than honest error re-style.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT AS WE THOUGHT OVER WHETHER WE WANTED TO BUY IT AND THEN ONCE WE DECIDED TO BUY THE TABLE AND CHAIRS WE HAD TO FIGURE OUT IF THE BUFFET WOULD FIT. DELIVERY CHARGE WAS $50 (INCLUDED IN AMOUNT PAID FOR WORK) AND THE DELIVERY MEN WERE PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY.
