Excellent! Gave me a ride to and from the shop. In addition to repairs they found and installed a used dashboard that was in mint condition. Now my car looks and runs great! And, they sent me a thank you card in the mail with a free car wash coupon!!! Nice!

I took it back the next day because I felt the idle was too high and they said it was set according to manufacturer's specifications. However, I know my car and it just didn't feel right to me and they said they will check it out again and so I drove it off after they looked at it and it was just the same. Now, I don't notice it so much but I didn't get the response I was hoping to get from that.

We took our suburban in to have the air conditioning fixed (dual air).  They quickly diagnosed the problem, called with the estimated cost, were willing to work with us on choices of part manufacturers, had the job done on time, and were very professional and considerate.  They even made arraignments for transportation.  They also offer a warranty on their labor and on the parts they use.  We were very pleased with the whole process and the people we dealt with.  Thank you K & M for great service.

They are really good, they are solid, and I had some transmission work done by them a year ago, and there were some problems, but they followed up beautifully. I think they use a secondary provider for transmissions, and they should find a different one.
