Description of Work: Everything went great. I have given them an A even though the apprentice stepped through my ceiling while he was installing the exhaust pipes. They had a sheet rock company out right away to fix the ceiling and it looks great too

Description of Work: They didn't know about my specific heating system and weren't able to determine the problem, yet they still charged me a service fee. The technician was very nice and courtesy, but he basically told me he couldn't fix my problem.

Description of Work: My gas stove insert would not come on unless I hit it several times. Steve checked and tightened up the loose wires and I was able to start with the thermostat. He was very courteous and told me that in the future I would need to replace the fan and possibly the valve.

Description of Work: We replaced our existing airconditioner with a new one from Jacobs. They recommended a Carrier unit and one that had a bit bigger for the size of our house, its worked better than the previous unit we had and much much quieter and efficient. I would highly recommend Jacobs Heating and Air conditioning when needing to find someone reliable and experienced.
