Gabe and crew arrived earlier than originally scheduled which I had hoped for and approved with main office by telephone two days prior. Gabe and I discussed the final details of the job, conducted a and quot;walk-aroundand quot; to make certain what trees would be impacted, and made certain that all and quot;obstaclesand quot; (i.e., in-ground plants, planters, movable yard/lawn accessories, etc.,) were cleared or OK to work around. Job commenced at ~ 12:15 p.m. and completed at about 1:20 p.m.. All downed limbs, branches, and other debris were removed from job site. Backyard walkways + driveway/driveway approach from street were cleared of loose debris by crew with leaf blower or broom. Job site was clean and in superb condition when the last of the Team vacated the premises! (as if they had never been on site)

Their performance exceeded my expectations even though we had agreed to the scope of work in advance. Theywere super professional, got right to work and really cleaned up. The trees looked so good when they were done.

This is the third time that I have used Integrity Tree Care. John Eisenhower is the owner of the company. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He and his crew (Andrew, Giles and Adam) came out and trimmed my Leyland Cypress trees today. They are all prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. After the trimming, all the branches were removed and they cleaned up before they left the premises. I recommend them highly.

They called me but wouldn't be able to do the job in the timeframe I needed it to be done so I didn't have them quote.

It went beautifully. They did a good job of removing the tree, and offered to plant a tree in its place, which we held off doing at that point.

I hired them based on a recommendation from a neighbor that used their services and also verified their rating on Angie's List. The owner and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. The owner arrived on time and gave us the estimate. I thought the price was high however I had good recommendations and had seen their work first hand at a neighbors house. I was called a few days later to schedule the work date. They were courteous and professional over the phone. They arrived on time and had a briefing first thing with me and the owner to go over the job, expectations and last minute details. I really liked that everyone started out on the same page. I wish other contractors did this with their crews. The crew was amazing to watch as they climbed the trees and trimmed hanging over 100 feet in the air. They were professional, knowledgeable and upbeat. They were actually having fun and enjoying the work, even though it was February, raining and about 45 degrees outside. They all provided great information about the other trees I had and I also added on 3 other trees for pruning. I saved the larger logs and recycled the wood chips into my yard and they were very pleased to see everything used and going back into the environment. They cleaned everything up better that it was and finished on time. I would definitely use their services. I thought the price was a bit high - however it was worth it in the end.

It was a good experience. They broke one of my fence boards and when I brought it to their attention they gave me a 10% discount. They wrote us a check and mailed it to us.

Were referred by our someone in our homeowners association. Showed up on time, finished promptly, cleaned up. Very satisfied with work. Cost was much better than quoted by competitor.

They were doing work at our neighbor's so we had them come over for an estimate to remove some trees in our back yard. The price quoted was very fair so when they were done at the neighbor's they just came over and took care of our trees. The crew was friendly and quick. They removed everything they cut down and cleaned up the yard, including a little bit of brush that we had there previously. They made sure we kept the wood we wanted to and they took what we didn't. We are very pleased with their work and with the professional estimate and consultation by a certified arborist on our other trees. In total to cut down about 8 small trees it only took them an hour.

This company pruned 4 fir trees in our yard. We only had some limbs removed, and some end weight of the some of the branches removed, mostly the ones overhanging the house. The three workers did a nice job, cleaning up our yard and even cleaned up some of the branches that were left from my own non professional tree work. The only slight complaint I would have is that I was told by their office that they would arrive first thing in the morning, which to me would be around 8 or 9, and I received a call at 930 to say they would arrive around 1. On the plus side, they arrived at 1250. Overall, a good experience and I will call back if I need further service.

Went well however they arrived late in the day and worked in the dark part of the time. Couldn't tell how well they did until the next day.

They do a pretty good job. They did a decent job, but they broke a couple of items in the yard, and they did not tell me about it. When I sent the cheque to the company, I told them that they should have told me about it, and they sent me a 10% discount. That was nice, but they should have told me that they had broken some things.

We're relatively new to the neighborhood and we're trying to get a neighborhood group together. A bunch of us need tree work done. We're trying to coordinate it so we can get a neighborhood discount. We haven't had the work done yet. I have had two estimates from them. One was a month ago, and then someone else from the company came by and gave an additional estimate. I haven't gotten around to comparing the two. The second guy called for a follow-up but I have not called back yet. The estimate depended on what we had done. The first estimate, for three tree removals and a stump grind, it would be $2300. If it was just one tree removal and one little sapling it was going to be around $800. We have some big pines that are messy and need to come out. The guys that came out seemed knowledgeable. The guys I have spoken to from Integrity are all certified arborists. I have gotten one other estimate, but Integrity seems to be a little more expensive and had fewer reports. However, in the dealings I have had with Integrity the people have been courteous and have seemed very knowledgeable. They are very responsive, they were punctual, and we are considering using them once we figure it all out.

John and his crew were awesome, and all my worries about something going wrong or being damaged in the process were put at ease when half a day later things were back to normal and all the debris was hauled away except for the rounds on the ground we wanted to keep. We stopped traffic though, everyone drove by and looked to see how they were going to accomplish this.
