We have used this company twice now...once for AC replacement on our home, and once for furnace replacement on a rental. They were very prompt with time and very respectful of our home. They live up to their name, as they do demonstrate INTEGRITY. :) We highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Was very impressed by the installation. Steve and his partner showed up exactly on time along with Jamal the sales rep. Had a little glitch with system and they fixed it within the exact time they said they would. Very impressed with how they handled the situation. Would most definitely recommend not only the company but the team that works for them.

Jamal was able to come to my home within hours of first contact. I got a quote later that day. Jennifer in the office was always on top of things and helpful. Quoted with three companies and Integrity was the best overall deal. Install went as planned and everything is working well. I would definitely recommend.

Our 24 year old furnace bit the dust and I was scrambling for estimates. Integrity contacted me through Home Advisor and I am so thankful they did! From my initial contact with Jamal who explained my options to me, to Jessica in the office, to Kelly who installed our furnace - all were extremely friendly, professional and followed through on the details. It started with Jamal. He was very thoughtful and asked questions about what we wanted. Very thorough checking out the house, taking measurements and pictures. The bids (he gave us 2 options) came within a couple days and were within our budget Then the guys (Steve and Gabe) came to do the job. They arrived early and had to work in the 2 coldest days of the fall. 30 degree temps and high winds. No complaining, no shortcuts. Very courteous. They asked questions, explained everything and cleaned up after. And they were very nice to my dog :) Jessica and Jamal followed up to make sure we had inspections done and that we were comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Integrity Air replaced my 40-year-old gas furnace and 20-year-old central AC with brand-new Goodman systems. Great people to work with

The scope of this project was to replace existing central air furnace and install new AC unit. It was done within 2 days in 4/2019. I am quality guy by profession so, I was waiting with my opinion to test both heating and cooling which occurred just now. I am recommending this business if you are looking for professional and quality job done for the money. The Team of 2 brothers and the account manager were very easy to work with, responsive to my questions and suggestions. Remark: I rarely give anybody 5 star rating. Wes Drapala Vancouver, WA

If I had to do it all over again I would do it with this company

Integrity actually did an A/C install as well as a furnace replacement for us all in one fell swoop. We got a little discount with the package and we are very happy with the new appliances and our new WiFi thermostat. It's a great added bonus that they had the cheapest bid by at least $2,000! Jace came out and did our consult. He was fast, friendly, and responsive. He was responsive to our questions via email and helped us make our decision easy. The two guys (I can't remember their names now) that came out to do the actual installation were punctual, fast, and included me in decisions on how I wanted the system installed. They finished up in a timely manner, ran a test using the thermostat, and they were out of there before 5 p.m. They did an amazing amount of work for only one day. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one, ran venting out the side wall, ran drainage out the back wall, set a base down for the A/C unit in the backyard, ran the lines to the furnace, installed a WiFi thermostat inside the living room, ran lines for that, and then tested the whole thing before they left to make sure it all worked okay. To top it all off, the city inspector came by and said that his job is made easy when things are done right. Overall very satisfied with everything that Integrity has to offer and what they've done. I'll recommend them to any other homeowner looking to upgrade their A/C or furnace.

Showed on up time for estimate and install, quick but covered details needed. Crew was professional and finished early! Had 3 quotes and they were by far the cheapest and also didn't try to upgrade or sell something we didn't need which we appreciated.

Replaced a gas furnace and installed a new air conditioning system. Done on time (one day, start to finish), and working great. Only slight hiccup was the outdoor AC unit wasn't quite level; contacted them about it, and they had someone out within a week and corrected the issue. (Rocky soil probably made it hard to level the pad.)

Service was super from beginning to end. Willing to work with us around work schedule and seemed to genuinely care.
