About us
Providing distinctive Remodeling and Home Building in the Portland area since 1979. Continually licensed in the State of Oregon, with a perfect record with the Construction Contractors Board. Mark and David Hereford, brothers and owners, not only manage each job themselves, but most likely are the ones doing the actual work. For work requiring specialized contractors, i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, we work with a great team. As a smaller company, we are able to provide labor at rates that average 35-40% less than the larger Remodeling companies.

Hereford Construction does all home Remodeling and Repairs. Kitchen remodels, adding or remodeling bathrooms, additions, attic conversions are just a few of the projects that we have been most busy with recently. We also build custom homes, basement conversions, garages, whole house renovation, with the emphasis on custom.
