We specified a premium frameless enclosure for our custom tiled shower. The enclosure was installed too high. Exceptional returned to adjust it, but it was so high that the adjustment range was not sufficient. Exceptional drilled a second set of holes in our custom tile and hung the door again, but the second set of holes were too high as well. Their 'solution' to this problem was to install an ugly temporary stick-on vinyl fin at the door bottom - not acceptable to us. I suggested an easy alternative repair, but Exceptional broke contact and would not complete the installation to be attractive and leak-free. Then, seventeen months later they contacted me and threatened collections action for non payment on their unfinished job. We eventually settled on a lower price due to the horrible quality and unprofessionalism.

It was a pleasure working with Exceptional Glass. They were recommended during a remodel by our tile contractor. Their work is professional. We are very happy with the the glass work they did and highly recommend them to others.

Chris Roberts and his helper installed a frameless glass shower stall in an addition we were having done.  The work was excellent and the final outcome excellent.  When completed, I asked if they did regular window glass work and they said they did.  They measured the five windows and several weeks later came out and did the installation.  The windows turned out great and Chris and his helper who was also named Chris were great to work with.  They are pleasant, polite and took great care to make sure they cleaned everything up when they were finished.  Chris has been in the glass business for many years and does an excellent job!  We love the job he did on our shower glass as well and would highly recommend him for that type of work as well.
