I was very happy with this experience. By the time I called for service, it was 49 inside the house, so it was really wonderful that I could get help that morning. The technician was polite and professional and didn't make me feel dumb about not knowing what was going on with my furnace. He also checked my filter and gave me some maintenance advice. I appreciated only being charged the diagnostic fee.

Very well. Initial contact was timely and professional, and estimate was detailed and immediate. Not pressured to choose specific level of furnace. Scheduled installation around a busy time, and provided space heaters for the two days of work. Company was very good to work with as were its employees.

Jason was very polite and kind on the phone, knew who I was referred by. We set up a time for him to come out and look at what my home needs were. He call to the morning of the appointmentt to say that he would be there soon. An hour after our scheduled appointment, he had yet to show up. He finally arrived while I was in the garage speaking with another company (a 2nd bid). He left a message to call him and he would return. He did come back 3 hours later. Upon returning, he was polite and reviewed the area, discussed options, took pictures and said would e-mail a bid the next day. He said that it would be 3 weeks before they could installed. I have yet to receive any bid, or call back from Jason or anyone from Climate Control. Maybe he thought the install time was to far out for use, but that should have been our choice based on the bids we got. I have already taken care of the problem with another company. I would not recommend Climate Control to anyone!!!!

Company comes twice a year to do routine check and cleaning. Had tried several other companies when AC not working well. Only company to correctly diagnose problem as slow refrigerant leak.

Climate Control was extremely professional, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the installers. All employees were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. My overall costs were less than $4725 once I factor in energy tax credits and other rebates.

IT WAS ONE OF THE EASIEST TRANSITIONS WE'VE HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR. THANKS TO ANGIE'S LIST.

The Rheem furnance original to our 1989 home busted its blower fan during that cold spell in early December. We had a 3 wk. old baby in the house, and chose to actually replace the whole thing w/ a new high-efficiency furnace. Climate Control came by that day, dropped off space heaters and had a quote ready immediately. The space heaters kept They did the work the next morning, and we had heat by afternoon. Great job, and we'll probably have them install A/C. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He saw that a high efficient furnace would not fit so he found a 90% efficiency furnace. They installed it and did a great job. I feel their price was a little more expensive but they did excellent work. They also follow up and I received a great package. There was about a 2 week wait for the install but they came immediately for the estimate. I would hire again and would not use anyone else.

Very good response. They were able to install the A/C quickly despite it being the height of the season. Always communicated well.

The sales person was also the project manager responsible for delivering the project. He took the time to make sure he knew how the existing installation worked, before designing the upgraded ducting. The crew was well briefed when they arrived. The installation work was of very high quality, and they did everything they promised.

He was very great. Very courteous. Prompt. Understanding of our time frame. Those guys were very clean.

There isn't much these folks don't know about installing, expanding and servicing air processing equipment. Their technicians are polite, always on time and very well trained. The are excellent at timely followup. If they can't answer a question on-site, they'll call to get answers and suggested ways to fix the problem. Very responsive in emergency situations.

Despite recurrent problems with the HVAC equipment (not Climate Control's fault), they have keep our system running, responding quickly to problems. Friendly and reliable.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SALESMAN, JASON YOUNG, AND WENT WITH CLIMATE CONTROL EVEN THOUGH 2 OTHER BIDS WERE LESS. THE INSTALLATION WAS PUNCTUAL AND WENT SMOOTHLY. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER FILTERS, THE CHAP WHO PROGRAMMED THE THERMOSTAT IGNORED MY TIME AND TEMPERATURE REQUESTS AND IT IS PROVING DIFFICULT TO GET THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK FROM CLIMATE CONTROL FOR THE CREDITS AND REBATES.

AFTER WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE HIGH PRICE (455) THEY GAVE US A REBATE FOR $100. THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB WELL, AND THE PRICE WAS REALLY HIGH.

AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CALL TO SCHEDULE MY TWICE A YEAR MAINTENANCE AND ARE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. THEY CHANGE THE HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR FILTER WHEN THEY ARE HERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

OUR FURNACE WAS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, BUT WE NOTICED LAST WINTER THAT OUR CONSUMPTION WAS GREATER, SO WE WERE RECOMMENDED TO HAVE IT CLEANED AND THE FILTER CHANGED. WE DECIDED TO HAVE CLIMATE CONTROL COME AND DO IT TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WAS NOT SOMETHING ELSE WRONG.
