Because of allergies, we needed to replace all of our carpet with 1200 sq ft of a different type of flooring. On our first visit to the store we were assisted by Carly who showed us the numerous options available. She was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. We were surprised that we were allowed to take large samples of flooring home to give us a better idea of how a particular design would look. Once we decided on a product, Megan came to our home to take measurements. We were very impressed with her knowledge and ability to answer our many questions. Once we received our estimate from Megan we decided to go ahead and purchase our floors from Classique Floors. We selected a date for installation and several times before the installers came, we requested some changes and Megan was so patient and worked with us without any hassles. The installers arrived on June 6, a day of record breaking heat and started the 3 day carpet removal and new floor installation. Our condo is on the second floor and it was hot with the need to have the doors open so the workers could go in and out. The next day June 7 was again a day of record heat. Finally on June 8, the installers arrived at 8:15 am and worked nearly non stop until completing the job at 9:30 pm. The installers were wonderful did a beautiful job and we are so glad Megan was able to get them for us. Today we woke up and were in awe of our new floors. Thank you Megan and we are very pleased we purchased our new floors from Classique Floors.

This project went quite smoothly. Scott, the salesperson, was able to give us a better price on the same flooring that we had seen at another flooring company. Travis, the installer, was excellent. He had help on a couple of days, but he did a large portion of the floor installation himself. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, as well as his insistence on doing excellent work. He ran into a snag when it turned out that not enough flooring had been ordered, so the project was delayed for a short time while more was procured. He made the extra effort and came in on a Sunday morning so that he could finish installing our floor while he was involved in another major installation project, and we appreciated his commitment.
