They are extremely over priced. They over stock you and you are stocked in a five year contract which you cannot get out of. They are deviant.

Wonderful company. Was able to watch on a screen as my documents were put into the shredder. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to shred sensitive documents. They said they shred any kind of documents, including old passports and check registers.

Their communication prior to shredding day was great. They worked with me to allow my schedule and when that
was confirmed, they were on time and very courteous and great to work with. They called an hour previous to arrival
so i knew when they were coming. The two men emptied all my containers into their 64 gallon containers, which they use
to measure the amount you have to shred. when through they gave me document confirming the shredding and the amount
done. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Cintas was very organized. We were there for less than 30 seconds and had all of our shredding out of the car and into a recycle bin. Cintas took the bin and dumped it into their large recycling truck as we left. Super easy and efficient. Thanks!

They were marvelous, they were fast and great to work with. I had to take all the paper there, they take a bin to your car and take care of it for you. The first 100lbs are $20 and then .20 the pound after.

Cintas is located in an industrial/business section of North Portland, but easy to find. I drove up to the unloading area, which was easily identified. A Cintas employee quickly rolled out a large dump bin which accommodated all the paper I brought. The dump bin was rolled back in to be weighed while I went inside the office to pay. Up to this point the process was smooth and as expected; but slowed down during the payment process. There's apparently a policy calling the bank to verify funds, even when using a debit card, and for small amounts such as $23.00. My guess is that this is only for their not-yet-established "walk-up" customers. It wasn't a big delay, and the office staff were courteous, so ultimately not a big deal because this will only be an annual activity at most. The B grade for responsiveness was specifically because of the payment process. But overall a good experience, will definitely use them again.

park at the garage, ring a bell and an attendant comes and unloads your
car. You go inside, pay, and watch on
a video as they shred your materials. It was very easy.
If I had one complaint, and I don't, it would be that I wish they had weekend
hours. But it was so quick during the
week that it wasn?t a big deal. I

I had just cleaned out my attic and had boxes and boxes ( 190 pounds worth) of junk mail, file folders, and old checks. My son and I drove across Portland with my little car stuffed to the brim. They unloaded it, weighed it and gave me a certificate stating the stuff had been shredded. iIt was easy, cheap, and, according to the certificate, guaranteed. The hard part was finding the office, but everything else was a piece of cake. I plan to take another load over to them as soon as possible.

You just need to call them and find your options and the price for the different things to be shredded. Not only do they have a specific location, but they do mobile and off site shredding. They even provide containers if you had a business for them to shred the paper. I am not a business owner, but I think that is great.

It went so slickly, I wish I hadn't spent so many hours earlier with my small shredder. They unload your vehicle, and while you are paying, you can watch the content of your boxes being emptied and shredded. It was fast, convenient, the least expensive of anyone I contacted, and secure in that the shredding was done in my presence. Alternatively, I could have had them come to my address, but there was not that much to be done. Highly recommend.
