Bouquets & Balloons provides on site professional decorating service utilizing unique custom and classic floral and balloon decor along with other design elements such as signage, fabric and lighting for weddings and events of all kinds throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro areas. Bouquets & Balloons has over 25 years of experience in the floral industry and over 22 years in Balloon decorating We ask for 25-50% at the time of booking and the balance two weeks prior to the event.

Free and flexible consultation, we work to meet your schedule. No venue or budget too large or small, all are important, An experienced designer will deliver and set up all floral or balloon displays at the event site. We pin all of the corsages and boutonnieres, we transport your flowers from the ceremony to the reception.
