the first company I called was booked out 6 weeks. The leaves had fallen off our huge tree early this year, it's pouring rain, and we needed the gutters cleaned now. This company was able to come in a couple of days. They did a great job. the gutters are clean (on our two story house) and they cleaned the long driveway and sidewalk of leaves as well. It looks great and we no longer have to worry about the gutters over-flowing.

I wouldn't hire them again. They were supposed to treat the roof and they kind of forgot to tell me that I should shut all of the windows. They finally told me to shut all the windows and I asked why is that? And they said that stuff was going to blow around and get into the house. They got on the windows and then they went around and were spraying it with water and that was supposed to take that stuff off but it didn't. I had to call them back because there were like little spark-lies all over the outside of the windows and I didn't like that at all. I was wondering whether that was going o etch into my windows! So they came back and there was some really weird stuff going on hen they came back. One of the guys stood on a little roof that was over my basement and he broke it. I didn't like the way they were doing it and finally after they were trying to get that stuff off the windows, I just told them to go and paid them. I called my window cleaner and had him come out and do all the windows because I didn't trust them any more. They cleaned the roof alright, it looks good but when they started putting something stronger that will keep the moss down, that's when everything went south. I think the price was okay. They could have explained more about hat product they were going to use and what the side effects could be. I probably wouldn't have had it done. I would have had the roof cleaned and stopped there. It cost me more money to call out the window cleaner again.

Front and back yard results are satisfactory. But the side yard still needs help. To be fair I have not yet complained to them that it needs more work. However they also do weekly maintenance on my yard ( mowing,edging, and cleanup ) and I would expect that would recognize on their own that my side yard needs additional work.

They have also cleaned our roof and gutters in the past. I highly recommend them and anticipate using them at our office for years to come. Now, if they would only come to Kalama to take care of our home here. Hmmm, maybe they will, guess I need to call and ask,,,.

They came out, cleaned the gutters, did a little bit of repair on them, and everything seem to be working very well.

The guy did a great job. My gutters were completely overflowing and he came and cleaned them out. He also made some recommendations as to keep it from happening again. He was pretty late to come, but other than that I was happy with his services.

Alex returned my call quickly when I initially called him. I was able to make an appointment to have the gutters cleaned in the next few days, which was great -- because our gutters were overflowing with leaves. Alex and his team arrived when they said they would and they were fast, efficient and friendly -- especially since they had to work on a steeply pitched roof in the rain!
Alex discovered an area of the roof that had been damaged from a branch that fell, and he patched it while his team continued to clean the gutters. The powder they used to kill the moss started to work immediately -- by the time they left, the moss was already turning black. Before they left they also did a spectacular job cleaning the roof debris from our walkways and yard. They even washed our car, because quite a few pine needles fell on the hood as the roof was being cleaned. 
The next day I heard our downspouts running regularly, which we hadn't heard in a while because they had become so jammed with leaves, they weren't running anymore. That was another sign that Alex did a thorough job.
In addition, I called Alex back after he had left. I remembered that I had an Angie's list coupon for 10% off that I forgot to use when I paid him for the work at the time of service. Alex immediately sent me a check back for that amount, which was greatly appreciated.
The cost of the gutter cleaning and moss treatment was higher than others I had used before, but when I factored in all of the services provided during the visit, it was not so bad. Overall I had a great experience using Alex and would recommend him to others and use his services again.

Alex cleaned out the gutters and downspouts of our house. He cleaned up any leaves or debris on the roof and on the ground. The house is over 100 years old, is on a slope, and has a steeply pitched roof. At least one of the gutters had not been fully cleared in many years. Alex returned my call promptly, appeared as promised, and was very pleasant. My dog barked at him. He was nice about it.

I was very pleased with the work Alex did for me and would recommend him to others. I will definitely call him again.

My gutters were overflowing, so I called Alex on Tuesday.  He gave me a price over the phone ($265) based on the square footage of my home and the Angie's List member 10% discout.  He said he could come on Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm.  He didn't arrive until 5 pm and did not call to say he would be late.  He had said I didn't need to be home - he would do the work and leave an invoice if I was out or unavailable, so the time issue was not a very big deal in my case.  When he came, I briefly told him where the gutters were overflowing the worst and asked if he could tell me if it was an issue with the gutters themselves or if they just REALLY needed to be cleaned.  When he was done, he said everything was now draining fine, but he recommended having an extra downspout or two on the side of the house where the overflow was worst.  He said the problem was mostly from there not being enough outlets for the water to drain out of on such a long area.  I appreciated the input, and he gave me an invoice with the price we had agreed on, and left.

Rob was a great service rep. He checked the washing machine and said we needed a new transmission. I never knew washing machines had transmissions. They cost about $450. Rob advised us of the part needed and the parts cost. The decision was mine whether to have a new transmission installed....or decide on buying a new washing machine. Realizing that something else could go wrong in the near future, I decided to get a new washing machine.

After noticing my gutters were overflowing and obviously clogged I called Alex for an estimate on getting them cleaned, he was able to come out in two days to look at the problem. Once I had agreed to the bid for the work Alex got me scheduled for a few days later even though it was suppose rain then which I had assumed they wouldn't want to work in. When they came out they were on time and got the job done quickly with no mess and as a courtesy cleaned my shed's gutters as well which had not been in the bid. I will definitely be using their services again.

Arrived promptly and did excellent job on cleaning gutters and nailing in any places where gutters had come loose.  Once finished, though, told us we needed moss control being applied to the roof, something we had not planned on.  While we appreciated being alerted to problem of moss starting to develop on our roof, felt pressured by the company to go with moss treatment, which cost us an extra $200.00.  Also, did not receive the 10% discount available to Angie's List members.

According to our expectations, all the work was satisfactory

Alex at All Around Maintenance cleaned our roof of moss, treated for moss with the guarantee that no moss would grow for two years, and cleaned our gutters on 11-3-11. I called Alex earlier this week to ask him to come out and inspect our roof for moss growth sooner than the guaranteed two years. We spoke at 12:42pm today. He was dismissive and rude on the phone. He told me the stated previous charge was too low for his normal moss cleaning service. I told him we had an invoice for him to examine. 
I told him he could come by after 3pm because I had an appointment at 1pm. He showed up at 1:15pm. He took a quick look at the front-facing portion of our roof and told us that there was no moss growth, even without listening to our issues.
We provided a copy of the invoice which stated, "Treat all roof with moss control chemical which kills moss and prevents growth for 2 years". He took a look at the invoice and claimed that the previous service wasn?t a ?moss cleaning? - it was a moss removal with the use of a blower. That was the claimed reason for his dismissiveness.
We feel he wasn?t truthful in his original services provided as he had stated he cleaned the moss off the roof and it would be guaranteed
for two years. We also feel that he was unprofessional in his response to would-be return customers, inconsiderate of our time and interfered with another appointment.

Alex did a good job.

Man, I hate to give Alex a B. His work has always been first rate, and this was no exception. He did exactly what I asked and he did it right. As usual. However, responses to my inquiries were a bit slow. They were fast enough during the process to be minimally acceptable, but after the job was done, I contacted him via email with a request to add an additional spinkler head (not for free). It's not that he messed up. I messed up. I realized afterward that I would need another, for reasons he could not possibly have anticipated. But it's been six days and two emails and nothing but silence. That doesn't cut it with me.If all you care about is dependably excellent work, then I don't think you could find a better crew. Alex will cost you a bit more than some others, but for us, it has always been worth it. He never disappoints, in that regard. I wish that were all I cared about, but it isn't. With me, timely communication is imperative, and neglecting to respond to a request to talk is grounds for "divorce".

I have been waiting to write a report to see if the chemical works, and it appears to be working nicely.  Also, they guaranteed that moss would be prevented from growth for 2 years.
I called him back and he told me that the job went very well, and indeed told me again of the guarantee.
I also noted that this company performs many services, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, etc.
I will consider them if I need these jobs done.
