AA Window & Gutter Cleaning

He cleaned the moss off and cleaned the gutters, then put a zinc treatment on the roof to kill and remaining moss or spores. He also cleaned what ever washed down thru the gutters.

Tech arrived right when service was scheduled, he was thorough and professional. Spent hours on the roof carefully loosening moss without damaging shingles, blew debris off with air blower, no pressure washing. Checked on chemicals affect on fish in pond, we decided not to use moss retardant. Suggested ways to avoid direct run off into pond if we wanted to use moss retardant at a later date. Did a great job, roof looks great, clean up was really good. I will definitely call again

Joey, the clean up guy, arrived on time, was neat and clean, very professional, well spoken. He reviewed in detail what was expected of him, we did a walk around the house, and he got started. As one would expect he had all necessary safety equipment, harness, rope, etc. He got to work and did a very complete and professional job. His clean up the debris from the roof/gutters was complete and thorough. He was done with the work in about 3 hours. He did make as I would expect an assessment/recommendation for future services. I found his proposal to be both what I had in mind and to be reasonably priced. I intend to set up prearranged appointments with AA later today.

All went smoothly. The estimate was given by phone, based partly on info we provided and partly by looking at an image of our house on google earth. The worker arrived on time, went promptly to work, and was very efficient and hard working. He did a beautiful job, and did a thorough clean-up. We were very satisfied with the work and will definitely use AA again.

Overall, pretty good. There were a few areas missed. The young man doing the work by himself was very competent.

Joey arrived on time, did a walk around to verify what needed to be done. Most importantly, he used a harness and ropes to be safe. He cleaned off the roof and gutters and did a great job of cleaning up the debris at the end of the process. He also gave us a very reasonable estimate for cleaning windows and sky lights that we are unable to reach (we will have them back to take care of the windows).

We contacted the company and left a message. They called back in a timely manner and we made an appointment. The young man showed up at the appointed time and went right to work. He was very polite and efficient, yet took as much time as needed to make sure the job was done right.

They did a great job. If it wasn't for the clean roof and shiny windows I would never have known they came. They cleaned up any mess they made and it looks wonderful

A very good experience. Prompt and professional, the provider did the work as detailed and left the job site clean. He even cleaned a small portion of the roof trim at no extra charge.

I called four A rated companies for bids. This one was the first to get back to me (on the next work day) and had the lowest bid. Two of the companies didn't respond for a week, and another took even longer. Two men arrived on the appointed day, about 30 min. later than the estimated time. They were great--they washed all the windows in our two-story house, along with the storm windows and they cleaned the screens. The power washing was much quieter than any company we've hired before. The men were quiet too--no loud talking or music, and they removed their shoes in the house. This is important because I see clients in a home office. They didn't disturb my work at all. They forgot to replace the storms in one room. I called that evening, and they were back to replace them the next day. I have asked them to remind us to schedule the same work next year. I definitely want to use their company again.

Was punctual and very polite. He went over everything. I have a very old house and there a few windows which were scratched prior to this cleaning. He went over what he would be able to do. I had house cleaning service there at the same time. He did a great job of working with them to insure that he could get to all of the windows and not interfere with what they were doing. He did a great job. The windows, which have not been cleaned in decades look brand new. Would highly recommend this company

Wonderful workers ~ did a fabulous job ~ and was very careful ~ responded when I said I wanted patio cover done ~ they did a complete and cautious job.

He came on time, got right to work and did a very professional job. Our windows sparkled when he finished. We were able to pay by credit card over the phone when we made the appointment. The cost made each window about $10.00 which we felt was reasonable. We also had a $25 Angie's List coupon from the provider. We will gladly make an appointment and have AA Windows come and clean our windows again in the fall.

I was looking at another company that was heavily discounted but the reviews were terrible. I'm so thankful I hired AA Window. I first spoke with Brian on the phone who was friendly and was very thorough in explaining the process. I really appreciated the fact that HE was the one who brought up the $20 discount for Angie's List customers. There was a cancellation so they were able to come out the house the very next day. Ryan was promptly at the door at the appointed time. He was friendly and wondered if I had any questions before he started. I was concerned about our garden being so close to the house and he said that he would cover it if it was needed. Ryan was very thorough in his work. I would DEFINITELY hire this company again. They were very professional the cost was appropriate for the job.

It went superbly well. A polite, professional, live person answered the phone and offered a hard bid based on my description of my home. Two very nice young men arrived on time and worked an entire day cleaning several years of accumulated moss from my roof. When it rained a couple days later, I discovered that one of the downspouts was still clogged. I called the company and they sent the workers back within 24 hours to clear the spout. I have three levels of roof and gutters on my house plus a detached garage, and have in the past paid double the amount to other companies to do similar jobs. I am thrilled with my experience with these people, and will always call them in the future when I need roof cleaning services!

We have a roof with a steep pitch. Other companies either wouldn't do the job or wanted to charge a lot of money to clean it. AA Window sent professional workers who cleaned and treated our roof for a reasonable price. Great job!

He arrived a little later than expected, which was great because the sun came out after heavy rain all day. He worked steadily, was very tidy, and did a great job. No drama.

Called about two weeks ago, and was given a quote over the phone for $250. He said he looked up a photo of my roof online (google?) and was able to quote me $250 based on that. He said they could do that work without me being there, took my card over the phone and said their policy is to charge the card the day after service. Explained I had one gutter joint that had become disconnected-he advised they would repair it and seal it, but that it would only likely last for one season...which was fine. He advised that the treatment on the roof would likely preclude any moss for maybe 2-3 years...but this is dependent on the type of roof and any overhang/shade. Given I have none of that, I would probably get a few years out of the treatment. They left an invoice in my door. I arrived home yesterday, and moss was completely cleared off. There was a white powder along the peak of the roof, which I assume will likely dissipate with time. Hey, if it keeps the moss away, I am a very satisfied customer. Overall, I was pleased, and will use them again.

Very good work overall. The house had some serious alge growth from shade and rain and long years of no maintenance. A few very small spots, (about the size of a quarter) were missed but were very easy to get afterwards from the ground. I expected to find a lot of touch-up work to be done afterwards. I have not used a pressure washer before, nor had work done with one. So the quality rating should be an A- rather than a B. Peter did quality work and was attentive to areas around the attic vents that would have leaked into the attic. Aside from the wet ground afterwards (and the clean house) you would never have known he was here. Peter even washed the rain barrels at the downspouts and the AC condenser. The job was quick and complete. I am thinking of a scheduled cleaning routine so that the house does not ever get to the condition it was in. I will be calling AA back again to keep the vinyl clean. I am very satisfied and will recommend AA to friends.

Very easy and professional organization to work with. Called for bid/appt--they looked up my property from aerial photos (googlemaps?) and based on their view of the roof and home they gave me a firm bid for both the roof/gutter cleaning as well as the windows. I hired them and the worker showed up on time the day scheduled (about a week out from my call)--nice young guy, forget his name? Josh?--and got right to work--he pointed out that he'd do the roof work first, followed by the windows so that the clean windows wouldn't inadvertently end up with roof debris on them. He also cleaned up debris from the roof that had fallen on the ground around the house. He washed & dried the windows by hand, including scraping off some minor paint splatters from our exterior paint job a few years ago (this is the first time I've had the windows professionally cleaned and the upper ones are out of my reach). Will definitely recommend and hire them again.

Peter was very professional, punctual and friendly. Did mention some points of interest to be taken care of, but did not push additional services. We will be using them again this fall.

They came and cleaned the moss off of my roof and windows. They did an above average job, moss has not come back at this point. They did not do the gutters due to the leaf gards, leaf guard has to come and do those. I feel that it was a reasonable rate. They had to scrape off moss, not just a quick rinse to remove the moss.

Really easy. Just called, scheduled and they came.
