"We�re sorry you did not like our price. We would caution you that price and �honesty� are not correlated. Our licensed journeyman plumber noted three issues: 1) your pump is undersized 2) your discharge line is not up to code and 3) the sump hole & troughs needed to be re-worked. It sounds like someone addressed 1 of the 3 issues. If you look at the written quote we provided you, we priced out the soil excavation line item at $101.25. Our hope for you is that issues #1&2 never cause you another worry. We will not stake our reputation or our customers� property on that gamble. Our quality of workmanship and warranty is second to none."

"I do recall your job last August. It certainly was a challenge. We regret the difficulties in execution and were impressed with your composure through it. The shower door installation was definitely our error and we corrected it promptly. However the shower problem was not our mistake, but rather that of our supplier.
