The company failed to deliver the balloons on the delivery date which was also the birthday date, resulting in a failed gift on my part. Attempts to get them to agree to send the balloons the next day at no cost to me due to their admitted error resulted in contact with a supervisor who was rude, uncaring, arrogant and who supported making money over having a customer. In fact, at the end, after he refused to consider any offer I made, he was more willing to send me a full refund and not deliver any balloons than continue to try to save the customer relationship and make this situation right. He showed no concern over the fact that due to his company's negligence, my gift to my neice never arrived on her birthday. He was more concerned over the money they would make on the balloons ( profit on latex and mylar balloons is quite good...since the price I paid was about 85.00 for the bouquet). Overall, a lousy experience with rude people who could care less.
Description of Work: I used the company to send a balloon bouquet to a family member on her 30th birthday. I set it up 2 days prior to the delivery date.
