Alex and his crews were VERY professional.  The workmanship was superb!  They kept us informed about their schedule, and were always here on time. 
They bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule.  Our schedule was complicated as we had some plumbing work that had to be done (by us).  We had some delays caused by our work problems.  Alex greeted our "glitches" positively and cheerfully.  For example, we needed the Master Bath completed before beginning the apartment bath as we needed the shower in the apartment during construction.
This has been the easiest and most pleasurable experience we have ever had with a contractor.  We will definitely use them again for another bathroom remodel we have planned.
It was such a great experience, my wife wants to adopt Alex!

Care was taken to minimize the time without a working sink as well as saving the original backsplash. The crew did a great job cleaning up from the demolition phase as well.
Very happy with the finished product and the responsiveness from Alex and ASD. We had a slight issue with our stove fitting back into position and Alex responded very quickly and took care of the problem for us.

ASD was one of the 3 or 4 places we quoted our countertops with. Alex came in with a great price and got us the quote super fast (same day). He also was super responsive in providing quote adjustments via email. Alex helped us keep the costs reasonable by finding a local quartz company (Cosmos) that had a very similar pattern to the Ceasarstone we liked.
When the Cosmos slabs came in, they were scratched, and Alex let us know that in his opinion they were unacceptable. Since there were no more of the Cosmos available, Alex provided us with the Ceasarstone with no additional cost. He even went and picked up the new slabs and only put us behind the initial installation schedule by about a day. I am very thankful for how ASD resolved this hiccup. I could imagine another company really leaving the client out to dry in a situation like this.
The install job went well and the quality is great. There is a seam by the sink that is practically invisible. 
My only minor gripe with ASD was that their guys left a bit of wet sanding mess behind after the job. Not a major mess but there was some gunk to clean up on the inside of a couple of the cabinets.
Overall, a great job. I'd be happy to use ASD again.

Alex from Artistic Stone Design was very prompt and professional in all of my interactions with him. I first called on a Friday and he was able to come out that next Monday to look at my kitchen and talk about what I wanted. He said that he would write up and send a quote, which he did that very day. Once I called and confirmed that I wanted him to do the work, he invited me to his shop to choose a remnant granite slab for my island (which helped to keep costs down). Then he helped me to choose a quartz that would complement the granite for the remainder of the counters. I was also able to go to the tile distributor showroom and select the tiles for the new backsplash. Due to schedule conflicts on my side, I wasn't able to have Alex come over right away to make templates for cutting the stone counters. He was happy to work with me and accommodate my schedule. When he did come over, he was very precise, neat, and orderly in his process. I could see the craftsmanship and pride that he takes in his work. It was really visible when the counters were installed, they are perfect and exactly what I wanted for my beautiful new kitchen! The install was very smooth and went just how Alex explained it would. He was great about keeping me informed during the process regarding which of his staff would be coming to do work, and when I could expect them to arrive. His staff were all very professional and conscientious. All work was completed at the price initially quoted. I would highly recommend Artistic Stone Design and wouldn't hesitate to have them back if I needed to have additional work done.

He did a great job and he came in cheaper than everybody. The bathroom is gorgeous. He was very professional and did the job on time. I'm really happy with his work.

Alex and he's team was great with all the work that needed to be done.  Answered all our questions and fixed any difficulties that came up.

I bought a big deal. The bid went way over the big deal amount in comparison to the square footage. The amount was without the tile itself which I bought myself. Additional charges for taking out the subfloor and if you want your base moulding put back on. Alex's worker did the job. He was professional and did a good job. My only complaint is the price. I did not require anything artistic. It was a basic smaller job for a lower middle class house.

Small company but big in quality work and professionalism.  They may not be the lowest in cost, but their work and attitude is excellent.  On time and efficient.  We used a large local company about ten years ago for a kitchen countertop remodel that was a disaster and were very concerned with finding a contractor that had the right attitude i.e. each client is important and the client has the right to observe the work.  Alex is definitely a contractor to keep on your "best' list.

Alex is a completely amazing artisan!  Not only did he do the work in a timely and professional manner, he created a chisled edge finish on my breakfast bar that is truly a one of a kind work of art.  The finished countertops are even more beautiful than I hoped they would be, and I can't say enough positive things about my entire experience with Artistic Stone Design.  I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for stone work.  In fact, I plan to contact him again in the near future!

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP AND PROCESS.

I worked with Alex and his Artistic Stone Design team on our recent bathroom remodels.  The craftsmanship is excellent.   They are VERY skilled at what they do and do it right.  Everything looks fantastic.  Our bathrooms are completely transformed and updated.  We are so happy!!  They were always on time and completed their portion of the project on schedule (2-4 weeks/bathroom).  I would definitely contact Alex again should tile or stone work be needed and will recommend to others for sure.

Great job on responsiveness, price, analysis and the bathroom looks great!  I only gave a B for professionalism because I have to do a fair amount of touch up and cleaning.  I'm not sure if this is normal or not.  Some granite and adhesive stains outside my house and wrappers, gloves  not cleaned up.  I would use this company again for sure.

We wanted to update our white tiled kitchen counters with granite.  Alex offered to stop by to take measurements and provide us with an estimate.  He made a lot of creative suggestions which immediately set him apart from many of the other granite fabricators.  I was so impressed with our first meeting that I asked him to provide us with an estimate for the two bathrooms we were also thinking about updating.  Alex walked us through each step of the process and consulted with us on every detail from the direction of the floor tiles to the color of the grout (which turned out to be as important as the tile selection).  
We thought that living in the house while the work was being done would be inconvenient, but it was a lot less disruptive to our routine than expected.  The dust was kept to a minimum.  The crew kept the doors closed while they worked on our bathrooms and put up plastic screens to contain the dust in the kitchen.  The screens were pulled back at the end of each day which allowed us to use our kitchen appliances in the evenings and at breakfast.  The floors were lined with heavy duty paper to prevent damage to our hardwood floors.  
We ended up putting in a new tub, and Alex recommended equally knowledgeable professionals for the electrical work and plumbing.  He practically took on the role of a project manager with all of the scheduling involved.  His crew, Joseph and Andrey, were also extremely professional, hard-working and detail-oriented.  In the end, we have a beautifully updated kitchen and two bathrooms with stunning backsplash and floor tiles (which I would never have noticed in the tile showroom if Alex hadn't pointed them out to me).  The granite island in the kitchen turned out to be the centerpiece we had originally envisioned.  The leftover granite was then texturized to look like natural stone for the fireplace.  We would highly recommend Alex and his team.

My husband and I could not be happier. After getting a bid from another contractor that we felt was high for our master bathroom tile floor installation we contacted Artistic Stone Design - they did a fabulous job for much less. They were punctual, professional and provided high-quality service. We will definitely be using them for other future projects.

Working with these brothers was great.  Price was reasonable, craftsmanship was impeccable, and best of all they take the job seriously.  They were friendly & helpful.  I still can't see the granite seams to this day (7 years later).

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for installation of a tile floor for $299.  I met with Alex and we reviewed the straightforward job.  I decided on natural slate.  I purchased the slate at my favorite local supplier and Artistic did an excellent job at installation.  They were courteous, punctual, and most importantly quite skilled.  They were happy to fix a detail that I identified in the walkthrough.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome or my interactions with them.

For the record, I've been meaning to do this review for quite some time so the exact date and amount are not fresh in my memory. I was going to wait until after the backsplash was done but it's been put on hold for the time being. I think the timeframe and price are close though.  
Alex was very accommodating. He took numerous calls/emails from me to answer questions even before I made the decision to hire him.  He's very friendly and seems to be very straightforward and honest.  
We had a tight granite budget and found a 5* granite on clearance at Oregon Tile and Marble.  It was discounted to a 1* price point. When I questioned them (OTM) why, I was told they only had 4 slabs left, were not getting any more, and needed space for new inventory.  We thought it was beautiful, unusual, and would look great with our existing cabinets. The only other granites in our budget were the ones that are very commonplace.  I called Alex from the showroom, told him the name of the stone and asked for a quote.  He called OTM for pricing and called right back with a price. We put all 4 slabs on hold pending his inspection. We agreed to hire him and arranged to meet the next day @ OTM so he could inspect the slabs and choose the best ones for the job. (I sent him the layout & dimensions prior)
He arrived on time, and seemed well respected by the OTM crew. After an hour or so of debating, we picked the 2 best slabs.  As I was getting ready to sign the contract and pay the deposit, He told me that he had recently worked with this granite for the first time and it was very difficult to work with, crumbly and hard to fabricate. He suggested it was probably why it was reduced in price. (I felt a little deceived by Oregon Tile and Marble at this point) He suggested not doing an ogee edge on the island as I previously requested. He had done that edge on the previous job and had to do a lot of patch work. I was disappointed but agreed, and he changed the wording on the contract but not the price.  When I asked why the price didn't go down, he explained it was due to the degree of difficulty to fabricate this granite.  I would have preferred to have known this upfront when I originally asked for a quote, but since it was an unusual granite, I can see where he may have not have realized it was "that stone" until he saw it. 
Over the next few days the disappointment over the island edge was really getting to me, so I emailed Alex to confirm if he was refusing to do the edge, or merely suggesting I don't.  He told me that if it was what I really wanted it, he would do it.  He did warn me again that he may have to use filler if it crumbled.  I agreed.  He also up'd the cost due to the extra time it would take him to work on the edging. Even though it was hard to swallow, I understood.
They removed the existing counters a day or two before installation of the new ones, his crew was great, they put paper down to protect the flooring, and plastic around the work site to prevent all the dust etc from migrating onto my furniture.  
On installation day, they arrived several hours later than expected. I found out later that an edge of the island broke as they were loading it onto the truck and they were trying to fix it.  (Another piece broke as they were installing it)  It was high stress for me as well as for Alex.  They made the repairs to the island so they look like natural fissures in the stone to anyone that doesn't know what happened, they did an excellent job with that.  I don't blame Alex or his team, it is the nature of the stone we picked.  Alex offered to come back to fix any subsequent chipping that may occur but it's been about 6 months and so far we haven't had any.  The granite is beautiful and everyone that looks at it, loves it.and not one person has seen it before.  It still makes me smile, and I am thrilled I went with the ogee edge on the island after all,  It really looks amazing.  I don't stress over any small chips that I might get now because I believe Alex will be true to his word and do any repairs needed.  Afterwords, Alex told me he will never work with that granite again, it was that difficult to work with, but he did a beautiful job!
I plan on using Alex when I finally choose a backsplash.  He even offered to meet us at the tile stores to help us choose something that will work with our stone!  Don't hesitate to use him.  He's great!
