Anderson Heating & Cooling

This is the second time we've used Anderson and have been happy with them both times. They were prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly and adjusted schedules in order to pick up the needed part to get the heater fixed.

Jeremy is a STAR. He installed my new heat pump one year ago and it is the best heating system I have ever had. My electric bill equal pay keeps going down because of the heat pumps efficiency. Steve and Heather are great too. They have been out to my house three times and each time they were professional, honest, timely and fairly priced and they fixed the problem asap. I highly recommend their company and I will never call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

After calling to get help for a non-functioning furnace as the outside temperature dropped, he flexed his schedule to accommodate our needs. He secured parts quickly and exceeded expectations with repair time. From the time we called to schedule an appointment until the time it was repaired and running was less than 24 hours. If we ever need HVAC service again, we will most certainly be calling Anderson Heating and Cooling!

Jeremy at Anderson Heating and Cooling came out to clean my furnace. Only it turned out that it was a gas fireplace and not a furnace, which technically wasn't what he works on. Despite this, he still helped me open up the fireplace and determined the problem was a defective striker for the pilot light. Since it wouldn't he start he helped me get it going using a normal fire starter. He went way and beyond what he had to do. Many companies would simply have said, "Sorry, this isn't what I work on and you will have to call an actual gas fireplace technician." My family is warm now thanks to his superb customer service. Would highly recommend him and will call him again when my landlord gets us an actual furnace.

Jeremy was very easy to deal with and worked quickly and efficiently. He was also very informative about filter and operation questions and gave helpful recommendations. I will use them on my next check up and definitely recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling.

Jeremy came to our home and was very prompt, professional, and friendly. In performing our furnace tune-up, he noted that our furnace was pretty old but still has some life left in it. He even gave me a ballpark estimate for replacing it when its fateful day arrives. We got into the service plan and are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Great, Jeremy answered all my questions when I called, called to confirm and after he was done with cleaning/tune up he discussed/ educated me on options/recommendations for repairs vs replacement as furnace is 20 years old-I appreciated that he took pictures since its up in attic and I couldn't see-and showed me what it should look like vs. what it did look like and showed me the damaged part that he replaced afterwards-He was very friendly and professional and I will use again

Previous tenants of the home had used the furnace without filters, so a service and clean were very needed. The technician did a good job, and the Angie's List deal of approximately $70 was a screaming deal. All of my questions were answered in a polite and knowledgeable manner, and the furnace has been running quite well since the service.

My AC had stopped working. Jeremy came over and diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed quickly and efficiently. As all of my experiences with Anderson have gone, - this one was great!

I was worried that the Central Air Unit might have needed to be replaced but it was just a bad part (they had another one in their van) so we felt very relieved it was a simple fix and find their company to be timely and honest.... I'm also a realtor and have sent other clients to them for work... and I don't send business to companies who don't do the right thing by my clients... always love to read reviews but so far so good with my own personal experience and my clients so far have been just as happy with their service... if that changes, I'll hear it directly from my clients and that would not be a good thing for Anderson but after reading a few reviews decided I should at least give my own (guess I was too busy before) so there you have it for whatever it's worth....

I called this provider to troubleshoot an issue with the Lennox furnace system installed in my house. The heating system was not turning on. The technician came to my house the same day and told me that there was an issue with the heat exchanger and it had to be replaced. He did not fix the issue. Then I called the company that installed my heating system - Muehe heating and cooling. Kyle from this company came the same day and diagnosed the problem to be an obstruction in the furnace vent. He fixed the issue and turned on the furnace. I called the owner of Anderson Heating and Cooling and told him I was not satisfied with the technician. He promised to provide me with a complimentary tune up for my airconditioner and heater in the spring of 2014 and he has not done that to date. I have tried reaching him without success. I do not recommend this company to resolve issues with furnace or airconditioning systems.

The company was very prompt and professional. Jeremy was very easy to talk to and gave me some good feedback about the current condition of my furnace. He made good recommendations and gave me some good tips about how to take care of the furnace and better understand how it works and what to look for.

The new furnace did not pass inspection. They returned to fix the problems. However they have NOT contacted the city to setup another inspection and it has now been over 2 weeks since the work was paid for. Don't pay them until the job is inspected or they won't follow through.

The provider was on time, friendly and professional. They did a good job. Was what I expected.

Everything went very well. Considering we were in an emergency situation with no heat & that it was the Thanksgiving weekend, we were fortunate to find Steve & Jeremy who able to help us on such short notice. Both men were available by phone & reassured us with all our questions. Even the fellow who delivered the furnace was on time & courteous. I can't remember the name of Steve's helper during the installation but she was great too. Efficient & everything was cleaned up & removed. Thank you!

Our thermostat wasn't receiving power and had been running on it's rechargeable battery, and they were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a rewiring. All furnace maintenance went as expected. I was very impressed with their efficient invoicing system, all done electronically on an iPad onsite.
