A Specialty Floors and More, LLC.

We had A Specialty Floor install new laminate, carpet and baseboards in our whole house. As someone with a career in construction, we were certainly nervous about the project going way over schedule, finding out the actual labor cost was much higher than our quote etc, etc. Though our project did experience a few snags, Kelly and Trevor were quick to respond and correct, and rerouted crews twice to get our project done quickly! They were super responsive to phone calls and e-mails, patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, and provided an absolutely beautiful finished product. We were also very impressed with how clean the crews kept our house while working - they worked while we were gone at work all day, and when we came home at night tools and supplies were neatly stacked and out of our way. Definitely looking forward to working with A Specialty Floors again!

Perfect as we've planned. Trevor as specialist on site, worked well with his team Ed and Ryan, listened and tried to please customer if they could. High expertise on this field. Fun to work with. Clean up the mess when done.

Kelly and Trevor were extremely quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. They came out to give me a bid and were very reasonable. Throughout the process, Kelly was accommodating to answer my questions about services and scope. They went the extra mile to fit me into their very busy schedule. The installer, Justin, was prompt, friendly, and a very hard worker. The product I purchased was more difficult to install than he had planned, but he did a great job throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with the work of A Specialty Floors and More, and will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.  I wasn't in a hurry and re-scheduling due to conflicts (weather, etc) was alright by me.  Trevor and Kelly (owners) are very nice and give their all.  Their crew did a fine job with our floor linoleum replacement and we are very pleased with the results.

It was great. He was on time for the estimate and the day the work was performed. On the day of the estimate he took the time to give me the options that were available and his recommendation. On the day of repairing the items he was on time and even set up a small tent around the work area to prevent dust from going all over the area. 
I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely use the company for future work.

It went very well. I will use them again. They are easy to work with. The estimator for carpeting is not the installer. I found there was a slight or minor issue in communication between the estimator and the installer. I think that I did communicate with them and just that they worked on that. They had a great team to do the work.

The vinyl product required special knowledge of the material and glue to install. The RV was tight fitting.  Installation was perfect. The installer had done previous work for us and we were delighted in the workmanship. Highly recommend. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Our entire experience with them was excellent.

A Specialty Floors was recommended to me by Area Floors as one of several installers that they recommended for products purchased through them. This was a small job and A Specialty Floors was willing to get it done quickly by fitting it in between some larger projects. The entire experience was flawless.

Fantastic! We scheduled two days to account for any possible hiccups or issues that might occur. Once the old floor was pulled up, we could see where the water had intruded many years ago, but it hadn't been a problem for some time. Trevor and his partner scrubbed the subfloor with bleach to clean any leftover mildew and prevent any continued growth and then installed the cannibalized flooring from the closet. They finished the entire job in less than a day and it looked great! Including materials, the whole gig cost lest than $1K and it was well worth it. Very happy with the service and the professionalism and easy attitude of Trevor and Kelly. We have already made a note to call them again when we need more work done.

The work ethics and professional integrity of Trevor and Keith is what you would have gotten 30 years ago, not what you sometimes get today. No short cuts for these guys.

They were just wonderful. They were here for three days installing Laminate and my Carpet. Which has rolled edges going down 13 steps and also on the walkway. Lots of work. But I could not have 2 more wonderful and professional working at my house. Always a smile and even when they had to move the heaviest furniture, they joked. Very pleasant experience. But the thing that impressed me the most was when they came upon a huge spot that was on my floor after removing patting , I felt it , and it was dry. I would not have thought a thing about it and some installers would have covered it . But not them , they cut out the piece and fixed it. They said it had dry rot in it and they could not cover it without fixing it. They nailed some steps and floors that creaked. They never took short cuts with anything they did. They treated my house like they would their own. Even taking of heavy mirrored doors and the track to put down the laminate.

Kelly was great to deal with via email and Trevor was awesome at installing. They were very punctual, did very efficient work, and were even very pleasant to be around. I look forward to working with them again on another unit in the building.

We did it in two different ways because we weren't sure we will be able to afford it all at once so A Specialty Floors and More quoted us two different way to do it but we combined all of it together. They were great. They worked with us, were very professional and not afraid to answer any questions or have an old lady snooping on them, it didn't seem to bother them. I don't think our daughter really compared it but she was very happy with the price, people told her it was a good price.
