Oakridge Massage Therapy

Very badly. This review is for my second visit with Katrina. My first 90 minute massage was great, so I guess she’s only good the first time around. In order to build a client base, I guess. My second massage was for 90 minutes again. I specifically asked for a lymphatic massage with work on my hips, thighs and calves. A lymphatic massage is gently rubbing the lymph nodes toward the heart, to flush the body of toxins. She didn’t do this, nor did she concentrate on my legs and hips. She started to work on them, then muttered that she needed to work on it from a different position. When she acted like she was finishing up, I asked her when she was going to work on my legs and hip. In answer, she grabbed my left ankle and shoved my bent leg into my stomach. Not only did this undo anything she did, but it left my left side numb and in pain. I couldn’t bend my knee or hip, because it was suddenly inflamed. When I complained about it, her comment was “I’m sorry you feel worse than when you arrived, but we were talking and I lost track of time. I had to spend another $60, with another massage therapist, to undo what Katrina did to my body . Needless to say, I will never go back to Katrina. You have been warned.
