It was great. As an out-of-towner I pulled in to a shop I have never been in before firing on only three out of four cylinders. This was a busy shop with people scurrying all over. They got right to me, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate which they stuck to and got me on my way. It is one of those shops where you feel like friends when you leave.
