U.S Property Services L.L.C is extremely professional. I enjoyed there crew and felt comfortable during the entire remodel. The work was completed in a timely manner and is amazing quality.

Russell was able to start when we were ready. He began with the floor, which went fine, but installed cabinets that had to be taken back more than once due to scratching and defects on the doors/drawers. The countertops were the final installation and looked awful. One piece of the stone was cracked, another had been cut too large for the sink. The remedy (after we brought it to his attention) was to use a bunch of grout and install a chip of stone to "fill" the hole. Grout joints were uneven, tiles were uneven and the stone/Schluter edge had major gaps. Upon completion of the job, we said we were not comfortable paying the final payment until the job was done correctly. At this point Mr. Hawkins flew off the handle, threatening to put a lien on the house. He ended up suing us for final payment. In court, after viewing photos the judge ruled in our favor. Mr. Hawkins has yet to pay us what the judge ordered. We had the job redone by someone else.
