Technician was extremely knowledgeable. He was optimistic about the repair. There was communication with the office to me about possible estimates. That company was very thorough.

I couldn't find anyone willing to even come take a look. They came out the day after we spoke and fixed the issue in 30 minutes.

They were wonderful and got our hot tub fixed in record time. Very considerate and on the ball. Would definitely recommend them!

Stenya was wonderful. The tech showed up on time and repaired my hot tub within the hour. she even allowed me to special order some jets without having to prepay (prepayment is standard). The parts came in and I went to pick them up, paid my bill, went home and installed them myself, saving me from having to pay for another service call. I would certainly hire them again

Friendly and very professional

Did a great job, very quick but only concern is they started/did the work both times - assessing and installing, without coming to the door to see/let me know they were here but work wise i would definitely recommend.

Great service

Installer did not completely reassemble Hot Tub. Screws left broken, uninstalled. Foam insulation broken off and tossed into (under) hot tub.

They did everything they said they would and on time and were easy to work with. Thank you.

We are just beginning an ongoing maintenance service for our inground pool. So far they have been prompt, courteous, and seem knowledgable.

Office is very responsive and helpful. Mike gives good advice and does excellent work. We are going ahead with ordering a new cover from them because they deliver, install and take away the old cover for a very good price. We haven't decided yet, but are also tempted to sign up for regular maintenance of our hot tub with Pool & Spa Medic.

Good communication prior to arrival to repair our hot tub. Arrived on time, very competent and thorough. Knows what he's doing, explains as he works. Provided useful information about tub maintenance, future possible repairs. Got our heater working, all in less than an hour. Had to drive a while to reach our cabin, so travel included in the price. We'd definitely use them again.

These guys know their stuff! I had an excellent experience!
