I called for someone to come out because the heater was not working on my hot tub. the technician said there is no problem with the heater, but there was a leak. The heater failed the next day, and because no one answered on monday, I called someone else. The new company was able to find and diagnose the heater problem. I was billed for more than the minimum service call rate, even though no problem was found. I asked them to work with me on the bill, and they refused, stating that that is how long the technician was there, and that is what I owe. Very poor customer service.

"Why the above rating? We arrived as scheduled & within the time frame. We also called customer prior to the visit per request. Upon arrival spa had a tripped breaker. We reset, spa came on & with further diagnostics & use of meters, Confirmed that all was operational & Heating. There was a leak right above the control box & getting the box wet & working its way into it. This will trip the breaker! No other problems existed at this diagnostic. Spa worked entire time. An add'l unit of labor was billed for. Covered box with plastic to eliminate moisture from entering. You can't fix if problem not evident. Monday closed due to holiday"

The initial response time and service were excellent, but the follow-up left something to be desired. I was not contacted by the home office as I was told I would be, and I had to make repeated calls before learning that the needed part was on order. The technician who came and did the work was very professional and completed the work in the time he set.

Mike was very good at explaining how the components work and why they aren't working now in our case. He also gave us option A. The best remedy but a little more costly, and option B. A sufficient, affordable remedy to get us operational but not the best for long term use of our spa. We will be having him come back and do the work in coming months after a few paychecks down the road.

"We had a scheduled service call for a certain day and within a 4 hour time slot, pre-arranged. This customer did request a phone call prior to coming out. We oblige our customers request and call as we leave the service call scheduled before them. This customer was approximately 45 minutes away from the previous call... we called repeatedly during the commute and there was no answer! Upon arrival, no one home. We proceeded to inspect spa controls & found a Fried frog lodged between the Hot wires & ground. This burned a fuse,which was replaced,and the breaker was tripped, not accessible, probably in house? A note was left explaining all."

Mike is a delight to work with! Not only is he willing to explain what he is doing and why he makes it so you can understand. Mike is always quick to respond, in a good mood and more than willing to help you out either by coming by or walking you through it over the phone. We have an HOA and have had never had a pool service we had a homeowner caring for the pool so it has been a very nice transition to working with Mike & James. I am so glad that I made the found them thru service Link and look forward to working with them for a long time to come. Definetly a 5 star rating all around!!!

Mike was great. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The only feedback I would give would be that it would be great to have some sort of printed guide that could tell me how to best treat my hot tub with the chemicals provided. Mike did a great job of explaining this to me, but as you can imagine, with so many different chemicals, it would be helpful to have something to refer back to. (Obviously each container tells what to do for that specific product, but seeing that I am new to the hot tub world, some sort of "Starter Guide" would be helpful.) Again, Mike was great, and I would have no problem recommending him to others!
