PAC Painting was one of the contractors recommended by the Sherwin Williams store in our neighborhood. Pedro came promptly to look at the job and provide what we thought was a very fair estimate. (Some contractors never returned our call!) The paint he proposed using (Sherwin Williams Resilience) had been recommended for our rainy Northwest weather. Pedro arranged to have a color consultant come to our house to help us decide on a color scheme. This helpful service costs $95 if we book it ourselves, but was at no charge through the contractor. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job, including preparation and clean-up. Since it was late in the season we had a few rain delays, but Pedro kept us advised every step of the way. There is a one year guarantee following completion, which will take us through all 4 seasons and is long enough to reveal any problems.
