About us
Zeno Construction is an owner operated small business capable of small remodels to include basements, bathrooms and kitchens. Tile work, decks and fences are the areas I, Bryan Leach (owner), got my start. Attention to detail without the added costs and overhead of a larger company allow Zeno Construction to occupy a niche that offers affordable work without sacrificing quality. With 20 years of construction experience, I have seen both the good and the bad. You can expect pricing that is competitive with 50% of the market with work that lands in the top 20%. I have lived in Oregon my entire life and have worked mostly in NE Portland in homes that typically were built from 1920-1970. Adding square footage to previously unfinished basements has in recent years become the most common type of remodel we do. Thank you for considering Zeno Construction.
