I very disappointed with their customer service. The floor looks great but i'm not sure if they are complete with the floor or need another coat placed. Still waiting for them to return to complete the base board. I can not get any one to give me a date when they will return to finish. The project was to be completed in 5 working days and were into day 8 with the past 2 days without any one showing up or a phone call providing me an update. We can not move any thing in to the living area because we have no idea if the floors are complete? This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a contractor and would not recommend working with Pyramid flooring. I won't even address the issue they had with tying the old floor into the new floor. Did I mention that their not done yet!! I am a contractor myself and this would never be acceptable in m y business.

Great Service.

We had 100+ year old fir floors that were really bad shape. Pyramid was able to refinish them to their former glory like I never thought possible. It took about twice as long as they thought it would but the end product was amazing- and they were the lowest bid! One gripe I have is that they left a residue of the wood dust on every single surface of the home - walls, doors, windows, you name it.

Had flooring installed in living room through the kitchen. They did not take out previous linoleum in kitchen so now when you walk from room to room there is an obvious awkward step down. This the largest but not the quality issue with the installation. Communication was challenging from a language point of view and from a basic lack of planning. They were the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for...

I'm super impressed with Pyramid's efficiency and customer service! We even had a problem with the laminate I had provided for them to install... no fault of theirs, however they were QUICK to resolve and very fair at splitting labor cost with me. Beautiful job!

Austin arrived on time, measured and created a quote quickly and efficiently. Agreed to price which was market correct and scheduled the project. Team arrived on time, (helped me move a big couch which I could not do on my own) explained the process and got started. Then sealed the doors with plastic, sanded and sealed the floors. (And importantly, cleaned up after themselves!) Returned when the sealer was dry buffed and finished with a "green" low VOC top coat. Floors look amazing! Fair price, great work, excellent customer service. Highly recommended...

We did hardwood floors and some tile install work with Pyramid Floors. Everything was great, starting from the welcoming service, competitive pricing, on-time and professional work done.

Happy with the result. Not perfect, but very nice. Workers were good, but communication from company about work schedule wasn't good. Work done quickly and efficiently.

We had the wood floors in our new home refinished by Pyramid Floors. They were available sooner than we had expected, and finished in about 3 days (whole house)! The floors are stunning! We are so happy we chose them to do the work. Less expensive than we first had budgeted for, and a truly professional job.

salesman was 'johnnie on the spot'. He showed in timely manner for estimate, before crew arrived to make certain all was in order and worked out the kinks in the deal. The crew were a father and son team. They were more than professional, they were artistic craftsmen. They stayed until the job was complete and went the second mile to help me. Very professional and thorough with all the phases of the installation. Worked within the schedule they set up. Austin and his guys listened and followed up on my issues and concerns. Very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great company to do their hardwood floors.

Austin initially gave us an installation only price to replace 2000 s.f. of carpet and existing hardwood floors and then visited a distributor's showroom to help us pick out the materials. We, therefore, had more control of the final cost. He visited the job every day and kept us informed so there were no surprises. Eugene's crew were real craftsmen that did excellent quality work, within the budget and within the time schedule.

Showed up on time and got the work done on time. Overall excellent experience. Definitely would recommend!
