Matt explained everything he did and let us know what parts would be the next to go. He also explained options for making filter removal/replacement easier, if we wanted that. Gave us plenty of time to ask questions.

The technician arrived right on time and was friendly and courteous. He talked to me about my specific brand and style of furnace and answered my questions. He then performed the work. When he was done he explained what he had done, told me about the condition of my furnace, and made sure all my questions were answered. He also answered some questions I had about my A/C. All of his explanations were given in a friendly, easy-to-understand manner. He never tried to talk me into additional services that I didn't need. I will definitely use this company again.

This is annual check up of a 20+ year-old furnace. Matt was very courteous and took time to explain what he was doing, what he recommended and why. He did not pressure me to buy a replacement but did follow up promptly, at my request, with a proposal for a replacement when we are ready. The proposal listed all options we discussed.

We got an initial quote in May, but then didn't end up scheduling until November - and they still honored the quote, and gave us a great deal on some additional services! Matt was very friendly, honest, and informative. There were no hang ups in the installation and everything is working great. Would definitely recommend!

The experience with them was okay. They were fine with regard to professionalism. Their quote wasn't as detailed as other companies. They were actually the least expensive. They weren't very detailed but we felt the price was okay. The other people that we saw in the past were terrible.

They quoted $5300 roughly. They did a good job. It is a specific situation over there so I am having a ballpark thing though and I can?t really hold him accountable for his price. I will still consider using him in the future.

It went really well. He went above and beyond. He came all the way from Clackamas to Hillsboro and only charged a service fee. He took his time and he told me what I needed to have done for the least amount of money. He is very honest and thorough, and was everything I had hoped for as far as getting service I needed. He was just a super nice guy and I hope more people use him.
