She didn't give me a written agreement. She said that she was going to send the agreement to me, but never did. I also have witnesses that stated she got into my house and took somethings such as: a 28 inch Magnovox TV with built in DVD player, a Maytag gas dryer that was only 3 years old, Chinese chair, artwork, entertainment center, mirror, and other numerous things(3 mini van loads). She gave my step brother $70 for all those things. I have then contacted her consignment shop numerous times for the last 2 months with no response to receive my key back and additional money.
