Quality Import Parts

This place was recommended by a friend after my regular dealer wanted to charge me $3,000 for the service I needed after my A/C compressor literally exploded. What was done listed below.
After giving us a quote of $1500 over the phone he (Brett Hays) told me to give him a couple of days to get the parts but the next morning he had them so we drove to Medford (40 miles for us) and dropped it off. He called in the afternoon that it was already done! I was shocked and he told me that the cost was only $975! I was amazed.
The guys there were very welcoming to me (I'm female) and although the location was in an industrial area with lots of little shops and off the main road, I felt very safe and comfortable there. Even though I do not normally drive to Medford for anything, it was well worth it for me to get my service done here. I plan on doing all future service here (aside from oil changes). I couldn't be happier. I am back in an air conditioned car during our 100 plus degree heatwave in under 7 hours.
(What was done: Installed new compressor, condensor, and drier. Recharged System, Charged A/C. Checked all brakes, Checked run out on all 4 rotors. Replaced front and rear brake pads. Test drove to seat brakes. Replaced worn tensioner pulley bearing.)
