The first time I came in, they were out of the tires I wanted. When I returned however, they had them and the whole experience went very quickly. Handled very professionally. Was very glad I had those tires this winter!

We have been using their services for many years. They are very fair and honest. They will rotate your tires free of charge with the purchase of their tires.

About a year ago I went to Les Schwab to have my tires rotated. This was when they told me that my front end was showing signs of ware. I was told this should be taken care of in the near future. They gave me a written quote of $1550 to do the necessary repairs. Not having the money at the time I decided this would have to wait. When it came time to replace my tires that I had purchased at Les Schwab I got a quote of $1650 to replace the same tires that cost me $1150 3 years earlier. Ouch! (Love these oil prices) I decided to shop around and ended up buying a comparable tires from Advantage Tire. But this is not about tire prices. After the tires were installed I had my front end aligned. I asked them to check my front end while it was up on the rack. I was told this is standard procedure since an alignment would be a waste of money if the front end is sloppy. I was told the front end is fine. So who's the liar?? The company that installed my tires and also does front end repairs? Or is Les Schwab on the take? After telling a friend about this experience he had one of his own regarding brakes and Les Schwab. I also know a former employee of theirs that confirmed their policy of recommending unnecessary repairs . It's sad to see a once well run company resort to this.

Their pricing is average and better than a couple of other places. I have always been happy with them as they are pretty responsible and get the job done. They do a good job at warranting their products. They have sometimes even done something's free for me. I really like the fact that they seem to back their products without any big problems. They take care of things well at a short order. Once my battery went bad and they got it recharged even at a time while they were almost closing. They are not a full service outlet but rather deal mainly with accessories such as shocks, wheels, batteries and other stuff like this. I would use them again in the future for specific kind of purposes and if anything goes wrong with the products which I have bought from them.
