Grant came out early on in the building process and gave us a bid. He then came back and did the rough plumb in for the outlets and again on the final install. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would and the price was exactly as bid. We were short the small tools from the box and they ordered them right away. When they arrived I asked that they mail them to us to save me a trip to Medford and they did so without any questions. Everyone I have dealt with there has been great.

The price was more than on the web, but we wanted to buy local for two reasons; have a dependable place to take the appliance to in case it breaks down, and supporting our local business community. Please note that this review does not have anything to do with the actual appliance, but with the company specifically the Grants Pass branch. Our initial experience went very well. The vaccuum cleaner came with a free service contract for 5 years. Well, I completely forgot about the service contract in 2011, and when I called them in June of this year the gentleman told me that I cannot use my and quot;freeand quot; service unless I pay $45 to activate it again and that is just how service contracts work. I refused to pay it. A few minutes later he called and spoke to my husband, and offered to do it for $25. We still refused. We were not expecting them to start with the 5-year contract, all we wanted was to use our 2nd year free service. They scored by me forgetting about the first service. I do not expect to solve this problem as we are not interested in dealing with them any longer. We will rather pay another company for a service. If anyone wants to buy an appliance this expensive I would rather buy from a reliable dealer on the web where you will get a better price and will have no service contract anyway. Whether this is how service contracts work or not, I do not know. We did feel that after spending $800 we would receive better customer service. I would have given them a good rating on everything had it not been for their bad customer service afterwards.

I just moved to the Medford area, and have been feeling a lot of apprehension about finding reliable and high quality service providers of all kinds. The problem with my vacuum initiated my first detailed contact with a service provider. The person at Green's that helped me was very knowledgeable about Miele vacs, responded courteously and thoroughly to even my most basic questions. No attempt to and quot;sell me upand quot; was made. My visit was very informative and it was suggested that I bring my vac in for an examination to help locate the problem (free). The sales floor was also very well stocked with sewing machines/sergers and quilting supplies and equipment. I spent quite a while looking at the machines, equipment, thread etc. When I was checking out (purchasing carpet shampoo) I asked if they offered quilting services, and was given a referral to someone that does that kind of 'finish work'. I have not yet brought in my vacuum - I am running some more tests on it - but if they don't fix the issues I will not hesitate to bring it in. My overall impression is that the staff in this establishment are knowledgeable professionals, committed to providing sales and service to the best of their abilities. .

I took my machine into the shop. They checked in the machine and said it would be ready on June 30. They called me June 29 to remind me the machine would be ready the next day after 10 am. I went in, paid for the repairs, took the machine home and went to work on my new drapes.
