I appreciated how quickly they got me in, and their letting me know that I still had a few thousand miles left on the tires, rather than trying to talk me into buying right then. (I've made a note of the date I expect to cross that mileage, and will go back to buy from them.)

If you go at the right time of day, and avoid the days just before winter weather (or the deadline to remove studded tires) they provide prompt and courteous service. There can be a wait because of seasonal demands.
