Don's Lock

Great! A minor glitch at the beginning, but got resolved quickly and all the work was done efficiently, all messes cleaned up and I was left with perfectly working locks and doorknobs! Pleased by their service and work!

Don's Lock was very professional and responsive.  The cost was very reasonable - even less than I anticipated.  I would definitely use them again.

I thought they were quick. I didn't like the way they lined up the different locks. When I threw a deadbolt the handle that uses a deadbolt would be different not on each lock but it wasn't the same on all five.

The repair person arrived right on time and completed the work quickly. The "very difficult to lock" front door dead bolt now works smoothly and the old and rickety locks on two back doors lock easily and securely. I would absolutely recommend Don's Lock to anyone!

Communications were very professional. They promised the work completed in 1 hour and actually called 20 minutes later to inform me the work was completed. I will gladly use them again in the future.

Our service technician arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and was very professional in both his work and interactions.

Service representative arrived exactly at the appointed time (unusually good for a service call). The employee was very experienced with this sort of door latch repair; he was able to put the disparate parts of the door latch back together fairly quickly (all together, at least a dozen different metal parts and springs). He also found a piece of the door latch which was faulty, and replaced it. All work done in a very quick 30 minutes! My door latch now works more smoothly than it had even long before it fell apart!

Thjey should up on time and did great work. When they found my bathroom door locks missing the key, they order me a supply to add to all indoor locks. They gave us great customer service.

I called, asked if they could rekey the locks. They said yes, just stop by. I dropped off the locks at about 11:45 and they said they would be rekeyed in about an hour. We went to eat. After an hour, they called saying they were done. We picked up the locks.

I have used Don's Locks many times over the past nine years. The technicians are always on time (fast in an emergency), friendly, efficient, have the parts they need, etc. I have no complaints and will use them again if necessary.

I was very impressed. On the day they were to come and do the work, the secretary called, and asked if a ten minute later arrival would be ok. The service tech had a major dental problem. I haven't had many companies call for a ten minute delay and I was very impressed. The work went well and the technician rekeyed my deadbolts as well. I was very happy with the service and concern I was shown.
