I paid my bill and left with no intention of ever returning.

"Unfortunately, grooming services rank right up there with the vet where most dogs are concerned. 75% of the shake when they come to the groomers. I do not mistreat my dogs, and I do not need counseling. People pay a professional to do the the things they cannot do themselves and in order to do that sometimes the dogs don't like it. I try my best to make sure they have a pleasant time time while they are here, but I realized a long time ago you just cant please everyone. I'm very sorry to hear that you were so displeased. Thank you for the acknowledgement that i did groom your dog well. I sincerly hope that you have found a groomer that makes you and your pet happy."
