Home Staging Services: Consultations for those expecting to occupy their home while it is on the market. This includes front door to back door editing, organizing, cleaning, color consultation, and rearrangement of furnishings as needed. For the vacant home, my inventory of furnishings will be placed in rooms designated for staging including furniture, rugs, art, accessories, linens and table ware. Think you can't afford to stage your home? Think Again if you really want to sell it. Interior Design Services: I have a degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon and have spent most of my design career in commercial design. I now include residential design in my protfolio. This includes space planning and design of kitchens, baths, home layouts, cabinet design, furniture layouts and material/color selection and specification. I have access to excellent contractors. CAPS- I am certified in the design for aging in place. This is for those who wish to age in their homes. This includes accessibility details throughout the home addressing lighting, finishes, colors and fixtures that are appropriate for the aging population. Color Consultation- Having trouble getting the right color for your home? It is not unusual to be frustrated with this job. Color is a very challenging thing to work with. Check in with me and I can guide you to the right decisions on not only the right color but the shade and finish. I work with fabulous contractors.
