Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services

My experience with them was great.  They were very easy to reach and were able to schedule me in very quickly.  They had a competitive price and did a great job.  I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I read all of the great reviews for Cloud 9 and even had a recommendation from a friend for their carpet cleaning services.  I recently purchased a home and decided to use Cloud 9 for carpet cleaning, window washing, and professional household cleaning.  My review is an average of the three services.  The window washing was first and was excellent - Kevin worked really hard and cleaned the windows perfectly.  The carpet cleaning was last and also went well.  They were able to get out a lot of wear and stains on the carpet.  Unfortunately, I really had a problem with their household cleaning.  I originally purchased 10 hours of cleaning with the stipulation that I was more concerned about all of the work being done rather than staying within my hour allotment.  When booking the appointment, I was told that two cleaners would be there for at least five hours each.  I was very surprised in the morning when only one cleaner arrived and told me that others would be on the way in about 4 hours.  I had planned my day expecting to be at the house while the cleaners were there but I didn't expect the 10 hours to be so spread out.  I called the company and was told that more cleaners would arrive in a few hours.  I really expected better service, especially considering that I had purchased so many services with them.  I had four cleaners at the house at the end and it just felt like a frantic finish - I noticed twice that one cleaner was re-doing work that another cleaner had already done.  I was really ready for the day to be over by the time they had finished with 12 hours of cleaning.  They asked me if I wanted to do a check to make sure everything was cleaned well.  It is completely my fault that I didn't check at the time but I'd already been there a few hours longer than planned due to their scheduling so I just said it was fine.  The next day I realized that many of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned at all.  They were really a mess so it was quite obvious that they were missed.  I ended up re-cleaning all of the kitchen cabinets and cupboards - and later re-cleaning a lot of other places that they had cleaned.  Cloud 9 was there that day for the carpet cleaning and the misses in the kitchen were so big that my mom did mention to them that the kitchen really wasn't done well.  The response was that I had approved the cleaning when they left the prior day.
After the window washing, I fully planned to become a repeat customer of Cloud 9.  But after my experience with the quality of their household cleaning and their customer service, I wouldn't use them again.  It's really frustrating to spend nearly $1,000 with a company, express your dissatisfaction, and get no resolution.  I even tipped!

Cloud 9 was recommended to us by a design company we hired to help renovate our house, the price seemed reasonable so we went ahead with hiring them.  I had to reschedule several times and they were very receptive to my issues with set backs during the renovation so hats off to them for being patient.
Day of, they show up very nice and friendly, we walk around and I point out concerns and areas to focus on - then leave them at it.  We come in the next day and the floors looked like they had been gone over, but there was still dust on them, the kitchen counters weren't wiped off, none of the windows were cleaned, the wall that I had pointed out with being a concern that needed to be wiped off was missed - there was still sawdust on the wall.  The brand new dryer and washer doors were nice and scratched, they hadnt been touched prior. They did a great job in the Bathrooms - it seems like that was the only thing they did in the 10 hours they were hired for.  We knew we were getting a set price vs other companies charging by the sqft, but we expected more for our money.

I have been using Cloud Nine every two weeks since March 2013 and am very pleased with the service.  I've had cleaners before and Cloud Nine has been the best one.  They always do a thorough job and are very pleasant to deal with.  Alicia, the owner, is very responsive to any special needs and makes sure everything goes smoothly.  Sometimes the personnel will change and the transition has always gone well.  This is a very professional company.

Cloud 9 provided four man hours of house cleaning for $100.  They did an excellent job on the most important areas: two very dirty bathrooms, the entire kitchen, polishing the wood floors until they shines, dusting all services!  I was very impressed with the results and would definitely use Cloud 9 again!

The young gentleman came out on a sub freezing day and cleaned some of my windows. It's been a pleasure to see thru them since they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. He did a thorough job and was very efficient.

They said they would charge in fifteen minute increments if I wanted her to stay longer. I did have her stay longer to finish up some work. Rachel, who did the work, was fantastic. I was extremely pleased with her service. She understood how to clean different surfaces like stone, wood, and stainless steel.  I left a voice mail with the company and explained how much I liked Rachel and I would like to start regular appointments with her.  I finally spoke with a man who told me I had to talk to someone else to schedule the regular service. Someone was supposed to follow up but never got back to me.  I am disappointed because I really want to use Rachel’s service again.

This was the first time I purchased a 'coupon' item from Angie's List. Considering how time consuming it is for me to wash/dry 10 windows inside and out, I thought the price @$89 was great. I bought the coupon several months ago but did not use until 2/17. Ben was prompt, courteous and so fast. I bet he was done in about an hour. I have cats and he's allergic but continued anyway (sneezing only 3x he said). I did not move my sofa, tables etc in front of the 3 bay windows so he didn't wash the insides of those but exchanged them for doing the double patio doors instead - the price was for only 10 windows and big patio doors weren't included but he compromised and the price didn't change. The screens were not included but that was made known at the time of the offering so I was ok w/that. I would highly recommend them and Ben was great.

They showed up on time and went right to work after a quick walk through. They suggested tasks I didn't think of. By the time the house was done it was sparkling. I think they worked very hard and I will use them again.

I bought this housecleaning on a "deal" so the price was less than what they normally charge. |They asked me to complete a form (very specific) what I wanted done first, but they did not pay attention, so not everything I wanted done got done. However, they did a nice job on what they |did do.

It did not go...........never got back to me with a quote.  will look for a more professional window cleaning company.

4 HOURS OF HOUSE CLEANING.

Dana was on time and very pleasant to work with. She seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned 2 1/2 baths including toilets, floors, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors. We had a coupon for 4 hours of cleaning service for $99.00 and since cleaning the bathrooms did not take 4 hours, Dana dusted and vacuumed to fill in the time!

It was okay. The carpet cleaning, they did a good job and the house cleaning it was just okay. They swept and mopped and cleaned the base floors and stuff like that. There were two young men who were really good.

I purchased 4 hours of housecleaning on a 'big deal'. I was a bit turned off by the scheduling. After the purchase, I was contacted via personal message to call a toll free number for scheduling. This number was an answering service, and my call was picked up by someone in Houston who took down all of my info. I was informed that I would receive a callback for the scheduling. After my first call, I received no callback. I then called a second time, reached the answering service (in Texas), left my info again, and got a callback the next day. It seemed like a bit too much back and forth to get the scheduling done, so I list a 'C' in responsiveness. 
The cleaning itself was fine. I feel like I got what I paid for. The booking of the service took down my ratings a few notches however. If the scheduling wasn't a hassle, I would have rated 'professinalism' and 'responsiveness' higher.

It went well. There was an initial mix-up. The first time, they said they couldn't take the job. But when I let them know, they sent two people within a few days. They took care of it. It was great. There were some scheduling difficulties. There were no additional charges. The first time, they didn't do the floors properly. There were some problems with the floors and they came back and redid it. My house was already tidied up, so it was for deep cleaning. They were great. Given that there was a problem at first and they fixed it without complaints, they were very prompt and very nice about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company at all. I would definitely recommend the company again. They did what I asked them to do. They sent out a girl and she was very young. I don't think she was very experienced. I think she was lost. Then they sent out a couple of professionals after to clean up and it was great. I was impressed by the way that they handled the initial problem.

Started off badly when they were not here 1-2 hours after the time range they gave me.  Reached answering service when I called to check.  Called me back 30 minutes later.  Cleaners arrived 2-3 hours after time range.  (Gave me range of 11:30 - 12:30 - showed up at 2:20).  Cleaners were very nice and professional for the most part.  Did an excellent job cleaning.  A couple things were missed but overall we were very pleased.  Very thorough.  We appreciated the help very much.  When they presented the bill, they charged me 30 minutes for the 10 minutes past the agreed upon time (2 people/15 minute minimum).  Would have been nice as a goodwill gesture for being so late if they didn't do that.  But they worked that time so we did pay it.  Overall, an OK experience.

The cleaning was not very thorough at all. It looked like it had been cleaned in a real hurry and things were missed such as bathroom mirrors, dusting certain pieces of furniture, etc. I always communicated by email and received a response quickly except when I emailed twice to say the cleaning hadn't been done thoroughly and that things were being missed. I emailed twice and never received a response. When I emailed to cancel service I received a prompt response so I again emailed letting them know that we would like to continue the cleaning service but had not been receiving a good thorough cleaning then there was again no response so we decided to go with another company. They were very nice overall and always showed up on time but evidently weren't too concerned about keeping our business so that was disappointing!

They performed a move-out clean and this was the 2nd time we had the same gal from Cloud 9 come to clean.  She was punctual and did a great job.  Would use their services again.

Three young gentlemen came and missed several areas for mopping, basically moved around some of the dirt. They did not even wipe all of the countertops, even after being asked twice to do so. Regarding the responsiveness, I called the company to confirm the appt and they said they would call me back that day. Two days later, I still did not receive a phone call, and so I called them back. Half a day later they finally left a message on my phone saying it was confirmed.
