As well as could possibly be expected. Very communicative, responsive to our enquiries and handled all the little glitches that occur with a real estate deal professionally and diplomatically. Also took a lot of time expediting the sale of numerous pieces of furniture that the buyers wanted. (This was not part of Anne's contracted duties!). Anne inspired confidence that we were getting the highest possible level of attentiveness, know how and professionalism. Would use no one else in a future real estate sale or purchase !!!

From the first meeting, it was clear that Anne has a lot of knowledge of local market and the process in general. The number of comps she was able to pull was astounding (and yes, a little overwhelming). She gave us sound advise on what needed to be done to prepare the property for market. It was a 47 year old house and Anne made only a few very practical suggestions for what should be done before listing the house - she had a wonderful list of resources to get the work done. Anne Stewart was our Real Estate Broker and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was the first time we have sold a house and we were completely at ease with her service. We were leaving out of the country 30 days after putting the house on the Market and Anne assisted us in selling it the day before we left. She helped us establish a price point that would be comfortable to us, but still competitive in the market. Anne and her assistant had very efficient communication with us in the closing while we were out of country. They were extremely prompt and always attentive to our schedule. This was a difficult sale for me, because it was a former primary residence, and I had been a reluctant landlord for ten years leading up to the sale so came in a little blind as to the current West Linn market. Additionally, I was living in Seattle and was juggling a lot of work travel as well as an upcoming move across the country so needed help to focus my efforts in getting this home to market. Anne provided excellent advice to help me focus my limited time to work the important items required to get the home "show-ready" and, as an engineer, I really appreciated her study of the local market data to guide us to setting an appropriate price for the home. I had to put a lot of faith in her knowledge and she did not disappoint. We hit some road-blocks along the way, an unexpected failed sale, but then, most notably, an unexpected sewer issue that cropped up after the inspection. Anne really shined by going above and beyond to manage this issue, largely in my absence. I really value her business sense - she is straight-forward, honest, and is able to balance the emotional and the technical with an ability that I have not witnessed by others in the real estate business.

I cannot imagine a better experience with a realtor! When I was looking for a realtor, it was easy to narrow down the pool to those who had actually sold properties like mine in my area, but hard to choose between them. Ultimately, I chose Anne because she showed up with a full marketing plan and a strategy to position my property in an appealing way. I admit that I was a little nervous about the sale price she suggested, because I thought it might be too high, but once she explained her strategy, I totally got it--and it turned out she was 100% RIGHT!

She used a brilliant pricing strategy for the house, which resulted in 6 offers after just 4 days on the market. The lowest offer was the asking price, and 5 others were way over. I have worked with Anne on two real estate transactions now. She is like one of those friends that you don't see all the time but when you do get together, you pick up right were you left off. She is absolutely amazing at her job. She knows her stuff. She see ahead to make sure everything goes smoothly. I am very particular about things and it was very important to find an agent that could provide us a high level of service and communication throughout the sale process. Anne was incredibly knowledgeable and my wife and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing so we instantly gained confidence and trust in her. Anne and her team did an amazing job working to sell our home. Anne met with us, explained what she would do to sell our home, and provided recommendations for staging our home. The home was listed less than a week later and, after a day and a half on the market, we had three offers at full price or higher.
After the offer was accepted, Anne's team worked hard to make sure we could close in a reasonable amount of time and their work, along with the buyers, allowed the closing to happen early.
I would highly recommend Anne as a listing agent and have already mentioned her to friends.

Anne is the best in the business. She is very thorough and professional, and walked us through the selling process with ease. You can just tell she has years of experience and problem solving skills to get the house sold. She kept us informed and gave recommendations for contractors to fix the minor mold issue in the attack, appliance repairs, and staging of the house for showing. It could not have gone smoother. Escrow closed in a month and we are now on to our next home adventure...downsizing after children! We are using Anne again as a buyers agent.

We had a tight timeline to sell, buy, and move our family, and older home with a HUGE hedge out front that you couldn't see past, and property that didn't have a lot of comparables in our area... Things you'd normally think of as obstacles were no worries with this experienced team of pros. From sensible advice on preparing our home for sale, impressive networking before the house was on the market, beautifully done professional photos and a walk-through video of our property to really showcase all that it had to offer, we feel SO blessed that we had Anne & Tricia on the case.
The house went on the market on Wednesday, while we were out of town on vacation, and on Friday, we had a call from Anne with an offer - one counter-offer from us, and we sealed the deal on Saturday, just a day before we returned home - we even received a backup offer!
