This is such a wonderful place to bank or do any financial business. The staff are incredibly friendly but also very professional. You will be suprised at how soon the tellers all recognize you and greet you by first name when you walk in the door. It is also suprising how much they remember and ask about (like "how is your daughter liking her new school?"). These questions are always friendly but never nosey or unprofessional. They have also been very easy to work with for my savings account and other things such as traveler's checks. It is definitely a more positive experience than I have had at other banks or credit unions.
