Shaun was a happy, helpful, prompt, efficient, effective and overall wonderful person performing his job with a great attitude.
For what we asked, his estimate was four hours, things went well and he was done in three. The quality of his character lived in each task he performed. That is to say EXCELLENT.
When the jobs were done, there was no additional clean up for us, he explained each item's current status and any conditions to be attentive to, i.e. keep calking dry 24 hours.  We would highly recommend Up A Creek plumbing . . . except that we are concerned they could get to busy.

Shaun was great. Very personable and knowledgable and he worked quickly. Did the work in less than an hour. He asked if I had other projects to complete the hour but I didn't. He cleaned the area before he left.

Shaun arrived right on time, which was appreciated. He encountered numerous problems from the old installation and also with the new install since I had inadvertently bought the wrong style sink, but...he managed to overcome all and did a beautiful job!! It was in the 90's and I don't have air conditioning, so he had to survive with a fan, but did so with a smile and no complaints. I was very , very pleased with the work and the price and will definitely hire Shaun again when I'm ready to do my kitchen. He also hauled off all my old stuff which I appreciated more than he will ever know!! Thanks again Shaun.

Called immediately and had hot water  within a couple of days

Shaun arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He was done in less than two hours and cleaned up after himself. I will hire him in the future for all my plumbing needs. If you need any plumbing work done I highly recommend him!

Shaun was friendly and very professional from the initial phone call. 
He was able to schedule us in without any problem.  My wife 'supervised'
the entire job and Shaun didn't seem to mind and all when she wanted to
try out multiple layout options.  The work is absolutely perfect and
the price was less than expected.  We couldn't be more pleased and will
be happy to use Up a Creek Plumbing again!

Very punctual - arrived on time.  Worked diligently till the job was done.  The tank needed to be rotated and pushed back in the corner to make room for my washer & dryer.  The ductwork was repaired so that it no longer leaked gas; fittings were installed to make it easy to shut off the water orand gas if needed. Flex hose replaced. The workings of my hot water tank were explained to me so I would know how to operate it.

I found Up a Creek on Angies list.Shaun is knowledgeable professional and charismatic. A good contractor should be knowledgeable, aren't always professional and rarely all 3, that's why Shaun gets a 5 STAR...He responded every time I asked stupid homeowner questions, and was kind about each one. He did what he said he would, and was there when he said he would be, and charged me what he told me he would. Shaun is a young guy, with a young local small business, the kind of business this community should be very proud to support. Shaun will get my "word of mouth" referral for sure. You will not be disappointed by calling Shaun.

Great- Shaun was on time and very courteous. His work was great and the leak is fixed. When I called my water department to have my usage recalculated I mentioned how happy I was with the service and she took down his info as many people ask for a"good" plumber.

I had "inherited" a slow drain - my washing machine would not handle all the water output.  I had tried to fix it with no luck with a snake and other tries.  Shaun came promptly (early) and snaked the line with his high powered equipment and fixed the problem!!  He went the extra mile and had to climb on my roof to snake it.  Price was very reasonable.  I have him scheduled to come back for an unrelated plumbing issue.

Shaun was a little late because of another job he was doing but gave me a call to let me know what was going on. When he arrive I showed him what I needed done, and he completed everything in about 30 minutes and asked if there was anything else that needed some repair. He is very personable and professional. I will definately call him again if I my home has more plumbing problems.

I am very happy with the whole experience!   bought a water heater and he offered me an upgrade.  He explained the difference in the warranty, quality and price and then let me decide without any pressure to spend more money.  He was very quick to respond to all of my messages and questions. 
He arrived on time and did a great job, and even hauled off the old water heater for me.  Not only am I very happy with is work, but I had a great time talking with him while he was here.  He very personable and obviously enjoys his work.
I would highly recommend him to anyone and have already hired him for another job.
