Great service. The estimator showed up when promised, took less than ten minutes. Understood the problem and told me I didn't
need new windows, just a good re-caulking and flashing.
On another day, also right on time, two employees did the job in a little more than half a day, leaving no trace of their work other than the clearly new Flashing and caulk.
As folks get ready for winter around here it's tough to find firms ready to take on a relatively small job. These folks came through.

My house has moved because it is on a hillside so the sliding glass doors weren't square. I don't know how, but they made it look level and perfect. They were great and I have recommended them to other people.

Bid was received promptly, and we received 20% off as part of their spring promotion, so the price was good. Communication with Rachelle in the office was good. Workers arrived more or less on a regular schedule and cleaned up nicely each day before they left. They did a good job patching holes and cracks. Workers were responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. Frequent response was "Sure," "No problem," or "We'll get right on it." They showed concern for our needs and were respectful of our home. Communication could have been better in terms of written agreement about specifically what is and is not included in the bid. Also could have been better communication about when we were expected to be home to let workers in, etc. But, overall, things went well, and we are pleased with the results. Paint job was professionally done, and the house looks very nice.

The only thing I can suggest for dos and don'ts is if your having your house painted change the color or the shade a little. This will make it much easier to spot those missed areas. Inspect when complete and have them do a walk through with you. Be picky. A good contractor will appreciate that.
Through the entire process I felt well taken care of.

They sent somebody to house, and they made a proposal. They showed me the style and had a diagram of what it was going to look like, what it was going to cost, and when they could do it. I decided to go with them. They were great. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time and professional, and they cleaned up. They did a great job. I haven't had any problems with the windows.

Two installers arrived on time, immediately began work and didn't stop until work was completed to my satisfaction. The entire process of removal of the old window, clean-up of the sill, installation and caulking of new double hung window took approximately 2 1/2 hours. They were very good about clean-up of the surrounding area, inside and outside. Very professional. I would not hesitate to hire Discount Windows again.
