STARK'S VACUUM CLEANER SALES

Overall they did a good job, but could not take the old unit away because the "truck was full". This immediately added $25 and inconvenience for us to drag the old unit and accompanying trash to the recycle.

Previously, I had taken my Miele all the way over to Beaverton Starks vacuum because that was my original purchase location, but i decided to give this location a try.  I was really impressed with the owner's kindness, prompt service and most of all, the fact the he would MATCH price on AMAZON for the HEPA filter i needed!
I will be returning there for my annual service and vacuum needs.

I have visited Stark's several times in the past two years, but it's a good thing! Three years ago my husband bought a vacuum cleaner at a large warehouse store, and I had numerous problems with it. It simply did NOT suck! Now usually this would be a good thing, but not for a vacuum. Whenever my machine would get clogged up, I would take it to Stark's, and they would unclog it for me, usually for no charge. Eventually, I did change the belt on that machine, but it didn't help. They guys at Stark's were very honest with me about the quality of the machine I had. (It was nothing I did not already know.) However, they never pushed a sale on me. When I did inquire, they helped me find an appropriate vacuum in my price range. I chose a very basic, low-cost machine, and they sold it to me gleefully, without trying to hard sell or upgrade me. In fact, the fellow at the store told me he uses the model I bought! I also bought a refurbished steam cleaner from them, which works like charm! The machines and services I have received from Starks have always been top notch. In addition, when I first saw the steam cleaner, it was on sale. I had to consult with my husband who was away on business, and the manager assured me that even if it took a few days to decide, he would hold the sale price for me. What a gentleman. At Stark's, they work hard to get you what you want and need; not just to push the latest, most expensive products. They also take pride in the quality of their products and service. All this, and they carried my vacuum out for me each time, to boot.
I simply can't say enough positive things about Stark's.

I have had great luck with them. They have got multiple locations. Usually I go to the one that is located in Hillsboro. My experience with them was great. They turned the work around really quickly and they were going to be able to do it the same day except they did not have the part they needed to fix it. So it ended up being a couple of days but other than that, overall, I have had a very good experience. I cannot recall how much I spent for the work. I would use them again in the future.
