Tim (the owner) is very communicative. He offers advice, maintenance items to consider in the future, and doesn't push services that aren't necessary. I very much appreciated the service tech checking the tires and noticing that one of them was so worn that it has steel cord showing. My normal routine is to get tired rotated at Les Schwab after service, so this data gave me cause for concern since my tires were only 28k used on a 45k warranty. Tim and his service techs noticed a serious problem, which caused me to address it immediately. I feel like they are always looking out for MY best interests, which is to keep me safe, keep the vehicle running, and keep costs minimal.

I go to them all the time. I have been going to them for years and they do all kinds of stuff. There is an owner and his son and they provide a honest service. When you you are looking for a mechanic you are looking for someone who will not fix things that don't need to be fixed and will fix the things that need to be fixed and let you know about it. Those guys are like that.

They charged us $89 diagnostic fee and told us that we need a $800 repair on our car. They told us that our blower on our a/c need a valve that directs the air to different part of the car needed to be replaced and it could not be fixed. At the same time they ordered the part and after we left the shop it started to work right and its been working ever since. I'm thinking something was not done right and we have no gone back their. We were told that that they were very honest. The guy told us that they ran the thing to all the test and they told us that it was burned out and that it would not work again but it started to work on it own. I felt that their troubleshooting techniques were horrible. I also don't appreciate being charged $189 for something that is not true. They gave me bad information so I feel it went horribly.

They will give you a ride to and from work if you need it. They try to do the work on the same day you bring in your car. They do very good work.
