I am a sole proprietor and have been doing remodeling and additions for over 20 years. I have a good relationship with all of my subcontractors and pride myself in customer service. I will work on a cost plus basis or by bid.

I will not do large siding projects, foundation repair. But I do know many good tradesmen and would be happy to help with a referral if I can.
