We are very pleased with all their work. The roofs look perfect and the whole work experience was excellent. The crew is efficient and polite and they cleaned up after they finished. We have had five roofs replaced before, but Klam is the best company, we highly recommend them.

They did the roof replacement work professionally and I am very happy with their service. For the 6 bidding, Klam is the only one providing us with the colorful detailed working scope blue print plus detailed list of all materials and services provided. Abel is the boss/owner, Manuel is a professional foreman on site to take care of the quality and perfection. Katie is the office coordinator who is responsive and very thoughtful. They are the good team to work with. BTW each end of the day, the site team clean up everything and cover unfinished roof with tarps to prevent rain. They are definitely worth the Angies list supper service award from 2016 till last year, and we are strongly recommend their services in our neighborhood.

Fantastic! Abel did a thorough investigation before bidding, checking attic and roof ventilation. Gave two bids, opted for higher to replace some moldy sheeting noticed in the attic and adding more ventilation. crew showed up on time, protected windows and shrubs, worked carefully and cleaned up thoroughly each night. Job looks great, very satisfied, highly recommended!

Klam did an excellent job on my roofing project. The work was done efficiently, exactly as described during the sales process and exactly on time. Klam Construction came out on top when we researched roofing contractors on Better Business Bureau, CCB, Angie’s List & Owens Corning. We did take 3 bids and all were within a reasonable range of each other. We went with Klam after meeting Abel, the owner. His enthusiasm and detailed description of the work he intended to complete were some of the selling points. He spent lots of time with us explaining the process and our options for the reroof of our home. The project is now complete. We found Klam to be a highly professional group of craftsmen who were very organized and hard working. They made sure our roof was watertight overnight and cleaned up everything each day. The communication from everyone at Klam was spot on. We were kept up to date on the schedule every step of the way. Having spent 45 years in the construction industry myself I can truly say that Klam Construction is a real 5 star outfit. I doubt seriously you’ll find a better contractor to deal with.

It has been just over 2 years since Klam Construction replaced our roof and gutters. I have spread the word to anyone needing a new roof to give Abel and his crew a call. Abel inspected our home and appraised our needs, then sat down and sat down and explained the quality of his product and his service. It turned out way better than we expected and really improved the look and value of our house. They replaced some plywood, added several roof vents and added two extra gutter downspouts. The roof was on in one day and cleaned up. Thanks Klam!

Abel was a pleasure to work with. It is clear that his goals are satisfied customers and employees - and not making a quick buck. He patiently and thoroughly explained the proper roofing design for my situation and answered all my questions. Since he has a long history as both an installer and a bidder, he knows what is lasting, quality work. Particularly important is that he respects his employees and so they rise to his high standards of workmanship. I met with more than a half dozen roofers and he was by far the most trustworthy, helpful and reasonably-priced. I recommend him unequivocally.

We went through the process of receiving estimates from three separate contractors, but settled on Klam Construction. The owner of this roofing company was the one to come to our home and give us the details of this project. He explained in great detail the roofing material, the stages of this extensive re-build, and the installation of an improved ventilation system. The project was completed ahead of schedule. The roofers working on our home were courteous, professional, and hard working. The clean-up afterward was impeccable. This contractor was the best one we had ever hired. I personally endorse KLAM Construction for all your roofing needs.

Our property is heavily landscaped. Every side of the house has landscaping in front of it. I mention this because my biggest concern with replacing our roof was the fear that many of our plants would just be crushed. When we were receiving bids, I was looking for a contractor who understood that and would make me confident that our plants would be protected. When Abel Serrano of Klam Construction bid on our job he gave me that confidence. Everything about this project, from scheduling the estimate through the final inspection went flawlessly. Abel is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Like many homeowners, I have worked with dozens of contractors. He is knowledgeable, professional, and organized. I was able to reach him whenever I had a question. The same goes for the office manager, Katie, and the field supervisor Hiro. The thing that most impressed me about Abel though, was his honesty and integrity. In addition, he was a lot of fun to talk with. The guys who did the work were great. They put in long days doing quality work even at the end of a 12 hour shift. They protected all our plants and at the end of each day thoroughly cleaned up our property. One day, halfway through the project, there were strong winds and a thunderstorm. There was even a tornado just about 1 mile from our house. The roofers were ready. Even though the wind was gusting like crazy and it was pouring, they quickly and effectively covered the entire roof. Everyone who worked on our job, including Jose, who does some of the more specialized aspects, was professional and responsive to our requests. The job started on time and finished on schedule. Of the 3 bids we got, this was the best price by far. I am usually skeptical about the lowest bidder, but after reading all the A reviews and working with Abel, the good price was just icing on the cake. I would and have already recommended Klam Construction to neighbors, friends and relatives who have complimented us on the new roof.

We are very pleased with our new roof, but more than that we enjoyed the process of working with such a professional and friendly group. The owner, Abel, came out to inspect the roof. He gave us a lot of good information and recommendations. His bid was by far the most detailed we received. After looking at his reviews and his bid, it was a no-brainer to go with KLAM. We’re so glad we did! Abel has a great crew, both in the office, and on-site during the project. Everybody was friendly, professional and top notch at their jobs. I am very happy and pleased with the work done by Klam Construction on my roof replacement project. I took bids from a total of 5 companies each promoting different roofing products and warranties. I was impressed by the amount of time and attention the owner, Abel, spent in answering my questions, and with the thoroughness of his inspection of the roof from the outside and from the attic. Abel gave the most detailed estimate, and his bid was fair and competitive. His crew was very professional, honest, and extremely hardworking. They arrived on site promptly at 7am each morning and worked well past 7pm to get the job done. Their clean-up at the end of each day was outstanding! Abel’s crew also worked seamlessly with my general contractor to install two solar tubes in my kitchen. They made sure the installation through the roof was flashed properly and complied with the terms of the roofing warranty. I highly recommend Klam Construction for your roofing needs and more!!

. I seldom post reviews but Klam is a truly first rate company. Everyone we came into contact with--the women in the office, the owner, and the crews who did the roofing work were very professional, honest, and right on top of things. The roofers were extremely hardworking, neat, and very pleasant. The owner gave us a detailed bid complete with pictures and drawings to show detail. We have an old three story house which was a challenge for several reasons. Abel also returned after the work was completed to do a final inspection and answer any questions we may have had. My husband and I are very grateful. If only every contractor could be like Klam!

Like clock work. Professional, clean, organized. Put traps all around the house. Everyone worked well together. It took 2 days. Also installed dome skylights. Besides a beautiful roof. After each day their clean up was outstanding. Went above and beyond. We were very pleased and appreciative.

I called Abel to send the people who installed the gutters out to repair a gutter. That company ignored the request. Abel the sent his workers out and they fixed the gutter. Abel/KLAM/ has incredible customer service. You can depend on Abel. We had Able to install a new roof a couple of years ago. He and his incredible Team of workers did a beautiful job. The roof is top quality and the quality of the work is what I know people want. I would always recommend KLAM to do your roofing jobs. Abel is honest, reasonable in cost and high quality in all respects.

We purchased a log cabin kit home that was built in 1979. It had the original roof of cement tiles on it. We had searched another site and had gotten a name of another roofing company and they had come out and given us a bid. It was extremely high, plus both of the people that my husband and I dealt with were not great to deal with. We were discouraged and the weather clock was ticking, so I tried Angie's List. We found Klam Construction. I read the reviews and was very impressed and we called and made an appointment. Abel came out and met with us. He was absolutely great!!!! No other way to say it. He explained every step that would need to be done to replace the roof. What a process. He wanted to check for some options for us and we met back up in a couple weeks. He was able to give us a very reasonable bid and gave us some options if we wanted to do some of the work ourselves and save money. Which we did. We were able to work between their schedule and ours and do the roof in steps. They did the tear off down to the deck boards, which we discovered were in worse shape than we originally thought, so we tore those off, replaced those ourselves, and then the Klam crew came and started sealing the roof, when they were done with that, we then needed to put up new fascia and gable boards, then they came back and laid the rest of the roof. And it looks awesome!!! All of the crew at Klam were great to work with, very professional, and took amazing effort to keep everything clean and tidy through the process. Any time we had questions, they always got back to us with the answers in a timely manner. Katie is a gem!!! Same day responses, no matter what and always ahead of letting you know the next thing that is happening. She's really got it all together. She doesn't miss a thing. The most thorough person that I have had the pleasure of working with. When the job was complete, there wasn't any debris of any kind anywhere. Even though our house is not very big, the almost 40 years on the original roof and it being on a log cabin kit house, made for a lengthy process to get the job done right. These roofs are different than a conventional house roof. But it is beautiful now. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the employees at Klam Construction. They are truly the best that we have every worked with and we would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof. Happy Happy clients for sure. We have already talked to Abel about roofing our shop next year.

The communication was great from start to finish. Abel is very conscientious of the work his team does and he is very honest about what they will do. KLAM Construction greatly exceeded all expectations and performed extra work without charging more. During the project it was discovered that several rafter tails were beginning to deteriorate. The crew repaired these problems without any extra cost! KLAM also had the flashing for a kitchen exhaust vent custom modified by a sheet metal company when it was discovered my duct was not standard...again at no additional cost. This company clearly puts customer satisfaction first, even if the action reduces overall profit on the project. Unlike other companies who will only recommend their "standard system" regardless of the intricacies and needs of your home (no names provided), this company tailors the job to your desires and the specific needs of your home. The estimate is completed by the owner of the company (Abel) who has decades of actual roofing experience, not a 23 year old who has never pounded a nail but has been through corporate training to sell a standard system. The KLAM completed job is also inspected by the owner to assure it meets his standards. Finally, be certain to ask about the warranty on materials and workmanship. KLAM is a platinum-certified company for Owens Corning and provides a warranty that other companies will charge you extra to receive. Thanks Angie's List for making me aware of this company! I was unaware of KLAM prior to searching on AL and am so glad I found them and was able to do business with a company that cares about high quality at a reasonable price.

We hired KLAM Construction last year to replace our roof. Abel and the crew were so professional and did such an excellent job that when our neighbor needed help repairing her roof we called Abel. He came over the next day to inspect her roof and within a few days he sent out Milo, one of his crew members. He was amazing even cleaned her gutters and went the extra mile to make a very happy customer. Once again we thank Abel for a job well done.
